They pretty fast but they have only 1 dock for live load.Professional people2 hr for loading

I think they are short staff or they make the products while they loading.. The loader guy is ok though. 6hrs to load! Good luck!

I was loaded and out the door in 1.25hrs. I asked the shipper about all the bad reviews he said they’ve gotten a lot faster at loading. It’s better to show up in morning not afternoon. VERY SMALL lot. Required to blind side back into the dock. Very friendly staff

My appointment for pickup was 1pm but I called them how early I can come they said load is ready come on so checked in 10AM checked out 1030am .very friendly staff and Scott load me with in 10mint .thanks.

Ridiculous loading dock location not manageable to more than 1 truck at a time to even be possible

7pm appt. reached there around 3pm. Got loaded next day 6am. Place is a mess and disorganized. No restrooms for the truckers. Just a portable one. Upon reaching one has to wait in a line and then keep moving ahead every 3 hours when a truck leaves. Horrible place. The only plus point was they require drivers to sit in the waiting area but for some reason on the day everyone waited in their own truck.

Something is wrong with this place they told me to wait and let other pple who came adter me to get in!No fare may be there is something going behind the doors.

Plan on being here at least 4 hours if you are first in line. If there are trucks ahead of you, forget it. You will have to wait outside while they load you. Dont forget to get water from your truck it is hot out here. They do their job but they take their sweet time, I am guessing that is the only way they can claim overtime.

Excellent service. Professional mannerisms from all.

Fast to load and get you out.No drivers in the trucks and youll have to lock your red air line.Its a tough tight back to the docks.Drivers can wait inside the building or outside like we did.

Place is slow at loading. Guy that loads on first shift needs fired. Only loads one truck in 8hrs. Second shift isnt to bad. Its first come first serve

I got here at 3:15pm to get loaded. I didnt get put into a dock til after 7pm. This is insane!

Atleast have loads ready was suppose to load Friday and still waiting as of Sunday night

Horrible place to Load at. 8pm appointment, got there at 730. Never put in the dock until 2 am. Not loaded until 400 am. Never again.

They take too long to load the torches. I was almost 6 hours

The old people are working very slowly, waiting for 5 hours
