Lids look like standard Ball lids. We have not used them for canning yet, but they appear to be high quality lids. Shopping and shipping was easy! Fillmore emailed us when product shipped. I will definitely order from them again!

I was looking for some bottles on the internet for my maple syrup,, and stumbled across Fillmore Containers. Reasonably priced, and prompt service. I ordered 48 of the 12 Oz bottles, and received them in a couple days. They were in perfect condition, nothing broken or chipped. They were a perfect match for my 3 inch labels. I will be ordering more 12 Oz and 16 Oz next year.

Great company they are fast but to be honest they are starting to get a little greedy they keep raising prices they are starting to make it difficult for small businesses to try to succeed in the small profitable candle market we normally drive to pick up our material to save on shipping costs but now its getting to the point where its not even worth driving over there I just did the math on some wax that I need another company has it cheaper by $20 less and with me paying shipping its still cheaper than driving to Pennsylvania to pick up from Fillmore I dont know what you guys are doing over there but youre going to start to lose many customers. This other local distributors are starting to pick up on your trend there are many blogs where people speak about candle making materials and distributors and you guys are starting to pop up all over the place as a loyal customer I have to be honest with you guys and tell you what is going on small businesses are the backbone for you guys.

Shipping to high with the shipping costs it about puts the cost over what other companies charging. My package was delivered to someone else and tracking was saying it was delivered to me and it wasnt. 3 days later it was brought to me couldve had someone keep it and would cost me because they said was delivered to me.

I recommend your company to roughly 2 to 3 people a week as I sell to many people who are in the jarring business. After researching a year or so before sticking with Fillmore, the consistency and pricing is the best. Even through covid a few things have been out of stock which seems normal in this biz, however the features to let people know when things are back in stock is very effective and efficient.

Excellent pricing on all sorts of containers. Best I have seen for canning jars -- all sizes & shapes. I order every year when its canning season & I think others do too, b/c sometimes the exact style will be sold out before I can get to it -- so order early!

I’m was surprised that of 120 jars only 2 came completely shattered. I also wondered why none of the boxes were sealed or tapped shut. Some boxes were upside down in the larger box which made getting the unsealed boxes out. I think this poor packaging contributed to the breakage. However shipping was fast. I did have concern about my shipping costs increasing by $21 when I added 2 packets of pectin. I called, left a message but have gotten no response. Needless to say I didn’t purchase the pectin from you because of the outrageous shipping cost; almost half of what it costs to ship 10 cases of jars. A return phone call would have been nice also with the correct shipping costs and to ask if I wanted to get it. I know your shipping estimates are probably based on quantity of items instead of actual weight but something needs to be done about that.

Not only was the website very easy to navigate through but the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Ive driven to pick up my items and also had some fragrance oils shipped so Ive had both experiences and Ive had nothing but good interactions. When Ive gone to the warehouse to pick up my items the people at the front desk are super polite and helpful and the gentlemen who bring out my items always load everything in the car and make sure I have everything I ordered. We needed 2,800 lids. Before ordering, we ask for a sample to insure compatibility with our jars. We were disappointed when trying to obtain a sample lid. They quoted shipping at over $15 plus cost of one lid. These are light weight lids. They could be mailed in shipping envelope. We were trying to buy nearly 3,000 lids. We opted not to buy a sample at nearly $20.00.We nervously ordered our lids. They were promptly shipped and received as quoted. The quality was excellent. A perfect fit.

Great experience. The shipment came a lot faster than originally expected. I live in Philly so the order didnt have to travel very far. I think next time Id opt for coming to Lancaster to pick up my items to save on shipping costs. Im at the very early stages of building a greek yogurt company and the glass containers I ordered were a perfect fit for my product.
