I was looking to upgrade from my iPhone 6 and went to Cell Phone Repair as Id had an excellent experience with the store in Rock Hill, SC while I lived there. They had a nice selection of used i Phones and I chose an 11. The staff was very helpful with the transition from my old phone to the new one. At the same time, my wifes i Phone needed a new battery which they ordered and installed the day the battery arrived.

Had a great experience here. Price wasnt the cheapest, but it was fair and they are quick to repair. They include a limited warranty for any potential issues to arise under the hood of your fixed phone, (touchscreen issues, or any functional issues aside from physical and liquid damage). They kindly honored my warranty today, when they didnt have to. I will be back again if needed. Shoutout to the employees here, you guys are friendly, polite, and helpful. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Took my phone in for repair. The day before yesterday. The screen already cracked! Cheap parts are being used on iPhones at this shop. they told me they’d give me a discount on another cheap screen.. Bad business consumers beware of faulty products from this store.. #badbusiness

This place ordered my phone screen with overnight shipping at no cost and got my phone fixed within 48 hours of it shattering. But what I didnt appreciate is being told one price and given a time installation, only to show up and out those numbers were incorrect. They do offer a lifetime warranty with the screen which is great compared to other places in the city. Overall a good place, but could be improved with better clarity and communication with customers.

Cordial to most helpful with iphone equipment mostly. But offers other solutions or referrals when they are unable to work on my stuff. Reasonable turn around time and definitely cheaper than a whole new unit.

Good experience - The necessary part was not in stock, so it took 3 days to get my phone back, but other than that, they were nice, quick diagnoses of the issue, seemed knowledgable on the products and services. Price was reasonable compared to what research I did online for the fix. Id go back for my next fix. Getting there before their 6pm close time can be tough for someone that works.

This place has taken care of me since day 1. They arent trying to steal money or overcharge. They’re responsive, reliable, and professional. My phone has had issues and everytime they replace the piece that was under warranty quickly and happily. Today my son threw my phone in the pool and they did everything they could to salvage it and i left with so much gratitude. Its working enough to get important things done which is all i need til i can get a new one. Some places wont even touch the phone if it has water damage. This place is incredible. Service was nice, speed was fantastic, and how the repaired device looked was amazing. Price was well within reason on repairing my galaxy note 10+. The only reason I didnt provide a 5-star rating was due to the delay of the part and lack of communication where I had to call them.

Charge me i couldnt reset my phone and they tried to over charge me than they tried and failed than told me they cant get my phone fixed, GUYS I LITERALY WENT OUTSIDE AND FIXED IT MYSELF. The Whole reset and no command bypass .

Had my screen replaced this morning on my LG Stylo 5. Spoke with Junior who was very knowledgeable. He provided me with great customer service and quality work at an affordable price $$. He had it finished in two hours or so. I reached out to the business on Saturday through their website in the chat section. I figured I wouldnt get a response over the weekend. I was definitely proven wrong. They responded within a few minutes. They said the price and that the parts would be ordered and in by Monday morning. Which they were. That was great to hear. I finally found a phone I really like. So for me it was definitely worth fixing. Thank you very much. 👍😊 Im very pleased.

I had my battery replaced and it exploded 3 days later, it completely destroyed my phone, sim card, and my otterbox. Went into the store for a refund, but instead they only offered to sell me the same model (iPhone 7 Plus) for $240. I paid for their phone, even though one of the volume buttons was broken. When I bought the phone they said the purchase included warranty for any natural damages/defects from use. After a few months my screen broke so I went to the store to get it fixed( this is not covered by warranty) but my phone was no longer vibrating. Once I went to pick up my phone, they told me they didnt fix the vibration motor because I had gone to another shop and they had damaged it, therefore, they were no longer liable. I informed them politely that I hadnt gone to another shop and that the defect was not caused by someone, but rather, happened naturally. The CPR employee had the audacity to tell me that I was lying and that the warranty would not cover it.Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience. I lost a lot of money from their defective parts, didnt offer refund to compensate for that, and they accused me of lying when I wanted to exercise the warranty rights that I PAID for.

The touch screen wasn’t working and the screens used in a replacement/ repair break like a sugar glass. I’m going to end up purchasing a new device now instead after having spent hundreds of dollars on repairing the screen several times and being charged the same repair/replacement fee on a screen. I should have just bought a new device to begin with, it would have been cheaper.

I took my console to be fixed there with both power cord and cable and when I went to get it back they had the audacity to tell me I didn’t take the HDMI and now I have to buy a new one out of their carelessness. Really bad service. Please go somewhere else.

Their website says free estimate, it’s asks for your info first. After it gets your info (probably to spam the heck out of your email and even possibly sell your phone number to scam callers) all it says it’s call the store, as if that wasn’t shady enough, you call the store and the phone sounds busy. I called a few times, got through once, I let it ring a total of 10 times...no answer. They wanted my business? Doesn’t seem like it.

I had made the mistake of letting a buddy replace my phone screen, and it didnt work out so great for me, so I brought my phone to these guys, and within a short amount of time (and a reasonable price) the home button and screen were fixed. Supposed to open at 10:00... at 10:18 an employee finally arrives as we were pulling away to head to another repair place. We werent in a rush, but I feel strongly about business actually opening when they say they do.

We have always received the best service at this shop---weve bought good used phones and had many repairs done successfully and in a timely manner.

The screen they used to fix my iphone 7 plus is the cheapest and TERRIBLE quality. The plastic is seriously cheap and will scratch immediately. I DO NOT recommend this place.First, the young guy outright tried to lie and say they had the actual apple screen replacements. I didnt believe him of course, but i thought it would at least be much better than this.Second. They left several screws out. My phone needed another repair and when it was opened we found missing screws.Third, The screen becomes unresponsive quite often and you have to restart it several times . Never had this issue before.Save the extra $50 and have apple do it, i REGRET going to this place.

My son shattered his I phone 6 I planned to purchase a new phone being how bad it was. I contacted cpr repair to see what it would cost to repair his screen well I ended up saving time and money! They fixed his phone within 15 mins!!!!I was super impressed it looked brand new and functions perfectly!!!I definitely recommend this place for a affordable screen repair!

Zero stars!! Went in for a non working speaker. Told them it started having issues after I was caught in a bad rainstorm. The tech explained that this issue is often the screen “for whatever reason” which costs more than the speaker but thet wouldn’t know until they tried but “it’s ok cuz our screens have a lifetime warranty.” They ended up replacing the screen. The screen immediately started pixilating and freezing in the parking lot I went in and the guy said its ok cuz sometimes it takes a minute to learn to communicate and with the warranty if it kept on all I needed to do was come in. The next day still doing it so I sent it with hubby and they said “can’t help you unless it does it in front of us.” Next day back again with pictures of it pixilating. Same response. Days later I returned mad with video and a different tech said ok and honored the warranty. Couple weeks later the second screen was unresponsive to touch. I went back they said it was “new” water damage so they would no longer honor the warranty. I asked for help in saving my pics but nope, they invited me to take a look at their phone selection. I went to another certified tech who switched screens and helped me get my pics. He said there was no significant water damage and the screen was bad. I went back asking for a written warranty and they said they dont have one, it is just their judgement. They also informed me that my warranty was now void because someone else opened it. I told them they had already voided it and they said oh well you should have asked for a manager. They would not let me talk to one now cause he won’t be available for 6 days. So buyer beware!!

They did an amazing job replacing my iPhone screen, all in under 30 minutes! My phone is like new.

I shattered my iphone 6 back in February and took it here to have it replaced. After spending $140 I was initially satisfied with the job they did and they informed me that they covered my phone for a month if I had any issues with the screen malfunctioning. I also bought a glass screen protector to hopefully prevent any future damage to my phone. The case I had on it was just a cheap one that I bought off of amazon that didnt really cover the edges of the phone very well. I asked the guy who was helping me if he suggest I get a better more secure case. He told me that the one I had would be sufficient and that he wouldnt suggest getting a new one for that reason. Well, while I was on vacation just a couple weeks ago, I dropped my phone on the tile. It cracked underneath the glass screen, the glass screen was unharmed. I was a little disappointed that my screen protector didnt serve its purpose, but It was just one crack on my phone that I could deal with. In the days to follow, my phone screen started to jump and malfunction. Eventually my screen completely stopped working all together. I noticed that my screen was separating from my phone towards the bottom. I would have waited to take it back here to see if there was anything they could do for me when I got home from vacation, but I recalled only the month warranty that they guarantee, and since it had been 3 months since the incident, I was out of luck. There was an Apple store close to where I was vacationing so I decided to take it there to see what the could do. I told them my story and they recommend that I not take it to a place like this. They ended up just replacing the screen for $109, which was cheaper, and had I known this, I just would have taken it to the Apple in El Paso to begin with. Yes, the guy who helped me out was nice and initially I was pleased with the service, but it the long run I wish I would have just taken in to the Apple store instead of Urgent Cell Phone Repair. I also wish I would have gone against his suggestion and bought a more secure case. They make money off of people damaging their screens so I guess I was ignorant in thinking he would give me his honest opinion on protecting my phone.

These people never hire, i walked in once when they had their location open at the mall, said they were not looking to hire at the moment, called so many times over the phone, same answer. Walked into their new place behind the old Verizon store, place was still being worked on from inside and felt empty so i thought i would ask if they were hiring, same guy who worked at the mall location said we were not hiring and havent been for about a year now, im thinking wow well this is most likely a small family owned business, waste of my time, only seems like theres one guy working at these shops so why not hire at least 1-2 people, i got experience with repairing phones and probably better then you!

It is odd in comparison to other services I have used. I do not know if its laziness or they really got into a really terrible contact with a parts company. Each time I have gone in to get a quote they tell me that their vendor does not have the part and because if they dont they as a repair establishment will not/cannot order it for you.I break my screen all the time. I have used services in California, Colorado, and New Mexico. I have never had a place tell me We cant order it because our vendor wont let us. Really just an weird situation.

Run, dont walk away from these crooks. I took my sons phone in for a new LCD screen. They said $100 to replace with a new one. I said ok and paid it on April 26. June 6 the screen was blank and flickering when my son woke up. We took it back and the manager said too bad, your 30 day warranty is over but we can put a new LCD screen for $90!!. I said go f yourself.

There was no zero star or I would have checked that one instead of one star! This is a very deceitful and unethical business. They claimed that they have good results fixing water damaged iPhones luring me in to bring not one, but 2 of my families recently water damaged phones in for repair. One just less than 24 hours prior to them looking at it. They fixed neither one after supposedly claiming to have good results and then charged me $45 plus tax for trying. They also offered to take them as a donation so that they can fix them and resale them at their counter - many of which we saw when were there. These guys are con artists! Be wary if they tell you that they can fix your watered damaged phone. Do your self a favor and go some where else!

Came here today to get my shattered iPhone 6 screen replaced. It only took them 15 minutes and it costed the same amount as it would at an Apple Store. They were very professional and kind. Would definitely come here again!

Screen replaced was defective, dead pxels and called within a few days to get it replaced. I have called numerous times and keep getting told the boss has to approve replacement. This has been going on for over a month already and still no resolve.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I gave one star because its not possible to give 0 stars. I only needed two 7 tablets screen replacements. They wouldnt or couldnt order the digitizers, so I had to order them on my own through Amazon. Then, I dropped the two tablets (and digitizers) off on the afternoon of the 22nd and the technician said they would be ready the next day. They werent ready the next day. On the third day, the technician called at 5:30 p.m.and said that the two tablets were ready for pickup. I couldnt make it to the store before they closed at 6 p.m., so I had to wait til the next day (the fourth day) before I could get them. The ironic thing about this whole experience is that the advertise Same Day Repair but it took three days to repair the two tablets, and another day before I received them, plus the two to three days Im not counting that it took for me to order and receive the digitizers from a third party business because Urgent Cell Phone Repair couldnt or wouldnt order them for me. If you want to be lied to and not receive your device for nearly a week, go ahead and take your business to them and prepare for the worst experience ever.
