I was a bit skeptical at first, but they have top notch customer service to make you feel confident and safe that your phone is in good hands. I just got my phone back and I just say, they did a great job! I did see a couple small pieces of dust or material got in between the new screen and AMO LED but its not a big deal. My phone was originally sent in for a cracked screen, but the AMO LED was fine.

I had broken the glass on my Galaxy S7 Edge. No insurance and not worth much in that condition. I bought myself a new phone but decided to have the S7 fixed so I can use it on my motorcycle. The service was fast and easy. My phone came back looking great. It was much less expensive than other places I checked into. Im very happy with the results!

My Galaxy S 20+ 5G phone slipped out of my phone holster and fell to the concrete. Even though it was in a case the curved screen cracked on the bottom. I did some research on replacing the glass myself, and found mrphonedoctor.coms YouTube video. After I determined that I wasnt willing to try doing it myself, I decided to send it to them as they did a glass only replacement and didnt charge me for the digitizer or amoled screen, which everyone else wanted to do because they bought the mini unit. Since mine were undamaged and working fine, I didnt see any need to be forced into paying for parts that werent broken. I opted not to get any of the extra services such as expedited processing, expedited shipping or screen protectors and my cost was just over $200 with shipping. This is exactly what they quoted me before I sent it. It took about three weeks to get the phone back, but I was okay using my older Pixel 2 in the meantime. I just got the phone back today. The screen looks brand-new, with no bubbles or any other indication that it had been replaced. It works absently perfectly, with the digitizer recognizing my finger everywhere on the screen and the in screen fingerprint reader working as well as new. My wife has the Galaxy S 20 5G and has also cracked her screen in a similar manner. I fully expect to be sending her her phone next. If you glasses cracked I strongly endorse this company and advise you to get it fixed before it damages the digitizer or amoled screen and costs you double.

First of all, great price for the repair I needed (replacing cracked glass on an undamaged OLED panel). Initially, when I got the phone back, I wasnt satisfied with the quality of the repair (new technician or something?). However, after sending them pictures of the issues, they immediately sent another shipping label to redo the repair free of charge. I got the phone back a few days ago and am very happy with the repair--flawless! And they even installed a very nice glass screen protector (which Im really liking) free of charge, I assume to help make things right. A little tumultuous at first, but these guys made it right and Im left with something even better than what I paid for. Definitely recommended.

Dropped my xs max a couple months ago, the screen cracked and the phone wouldn’t take calls. It was during the beginning of quarantine and the apple store inside Barnes and noble was closed. I was skeptical about trying a local place, after calling around I chose Mr. phone doctor. To say I was pleased with their work is an understatement. He was very responsive, offered me several options on a screen. When it was time to take my phone in the work was done In under an hour and the repair was FLAWLESS! Would highly recommend to anyone in the Dona Ana area. Not too mention the savings, was a difference of almost $200. Couldn’t have been happier.

Mr Phone Doctor is a great company. Repaired my phone screen (front glass) for half of what everyone else was charging. (Note they will do a glass only replacement if that is all you need, no one else was willing to do that. They either did not have the needed equipment or were not willing to only replace the glass and required an entire front screen replacement). Easy to work with and great customer service. Customer service is great. Thats why I gave two stars. Unfortunately the screens are of poor quality. Both my husband and I got screen protectors and both cracked within a few days. The screens also scratch very easily. After my screen cracked I didnt care if my son got my phone because it was already broken. He got ahold of it once and it now looks several years old. I also am not able to pull down my utility bar up top nor can I use my finger prints to open my phone or gain access to my apps. Awaiting a call back from management. This review may change based upon how this is handled.UPDATE; I did not end up getting a call back so I went in. I did not get the refund I was asking for but the manager did replace mine and my husbands screens and upgraded our account. Although it wasnt my desired outcome they did make it right on their end.

Mr. Phone Doctor fixed my S10+ glass screen at a fraction of the cost it would be at Samsung. Granted, I can see some of the lines of glue under the glass when the screen is off. And also, it took them 5 days after the phone was fixed to ship it out. They refunded some of my payment for this reason, but I wasnt fully pleased with the shipping service. The work has been done well and its commendable at what cost it has been done. The screen looks practically new after being shattered. Thanks Fabian.

While they are friendly staff they had to come three different times. First screen replaced had lines in it they said they could put another on no problem. Second time they came out did put another screen but only had in wrong color they allowed me to have that one untill they got more inventory in. Third screen right color now with out damage but now my battery dies insanely quick if I use the screen at all. Disappointed...
