I just called and explained that I was interested in upgrading my parents Phones’s. The young lady said that she would have to see the phone and couldn’t give me any options over the phone. I told her that would be fine that I was around the corner and would be right there. I am now here and there is a sign on the door. Closed for lunch. Be back at 2:10.
Awful costumer service. If I could give this store a 0 star I would. My family and I were there for more than 2 hours and the lady didn’t even bother to greet us, let us know she’ll be helping us soon, or anything. Her name is MARIA and she was beyond rude. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
Its not a full service store. The jet pack that we wanted to return could not be returned there; it had to go through the customer service on the website. The store on T or C closed.
Busy store, more staff would help but they were professional and if they did not know the answer off hand they did look it up quickly. Covid rules allow one customer in the store at a time. All the high capacity memory phones were special order, I did however get a decent phone which will accept a memory card.

One thing I hate regardless what’s going on in this world today Verizon and El Paso electric don’t care you either pay your bill or you have no service. I didn’t even want a version plan I was signing up for prepaid phone but the person insist I got a plan since I was approved. Every month for one phone my bills 200 dollars when I could paid easily 45 dollars a month biggest regret ever.

I was knowingly given wrong information so the sales rep could make a sale.. took over a week to get my phone activated. Everything I was told at the time of purchase was wrong and would not be supported by corporate. Beyond disappointed with my experience here.
Not an actual Verizon store, just an authorized retailer. Been waiting three months for store credit on a phone purchase on an upgrade they offered. We have been back twice to get it rectified, but still waiting. Going on three months since initial purchase. Promises made, promises broken. Go to the actual Verizon store on Lohman Ave
I purchased a screen protector with a warranty from Go-Wireless in mid April. I asked for the best that was available for my phone to be protected due to my career and carrying my phone on me in the field. I was sold what I was told had a warranty should the screen protector fail it would be replaced or phone replaced if screen was damaged under screen protector. Well non of that was true, 4 & 1/2 months later I still have a broken phone, no resolution from warranty administrator, Go-Wireless, upper level management. Its a shame that being with Verizon for well over a decade that Go-Wireless would shame the Verizon name by selling and claiming a product to be what it is not. I have attempted over these last 4 months to resolve this with several store managers, called in to speak to district managers and told I would be called back, all to no avail or resolution. No wonder stores are closing down, a reflection of their poor customer service skills and services. DO-NOT RECOMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH GO-WIRELESS, they proved that to me
Too many mistakes in getting a upgrade
I had gone in to buy a new phone and Selena helped me so much. She took the time to explain everything I asked about. She even wrote it down so I can physically see. She was patient while my old phone was transferring all of my pictures and videos. She was very easy to like because she was talkative and sweet but was still very professional. She found every way possible to help me and I appreciate her so much! Shes your girl to go to if you want to get things done and not be treated like just a customer. Thank you Selena!
I went to Verizon and Selena was so helpful she is so caring and understand of my phone issues and of my family. She had asked how my daughters birthday party went last time we spoke. New maybe?I do most of my Verizon business there. I like the openness of tge store, and Ive never seen it crowded.
I have insurance on screen protection. Have had to replace the glass protector cover 3 times this year. This time she charged me $10 because it was a curved cover. I intend to check with my gowireless back home to see if that should happen. The service was fast and efficient but I shouldnt been charged extra this time.

This is not a real Verizon Wireless.This is a third party scam.The manager Lorenzo, is a con artists who lies to people in order for them to buy something that they cannot get a refund on, locking them into hundreds of dollars of debt.They get access to customers phones to make fake reviews here and steal their contact info so they can harass people mutliple times a day about buying from their shop.They are not a real Verizon. They have to call the real Verizon for every problem making you stay for hours while they try to steal your personal info and harass you into buying things.Lorenzo the manager will lie to your face and then make his employees deal with the backlash.They treat employees terribly and have committed purgery in order to steal insurance from employees.Lorenzo personally has lied to the New Mexico government in order to punish employees that did not want to lie to customers.Their scam is to appeal to old people and trick them into upgrades they cannot afford or use. They were abusive to a handicapped veteran the entire time he worked there.GoWireless needs to be run out of Las Cruces for the safety of the community.
