She gave me some tips and explanations on what to do in the future if it happens again, and said I could contact her at the store and she would gladly help me with whatever was necessary if I had any other questions. She provided a great customer service experience. Greatly appreciated!

I went in with my husband asking how much a Refurbished iPhone 8 + was and the manger told me $400!! And that we could ONLY pay with cash!!! Then trying to ask her why she started giving major attitude as if asking her a simple question was asking too much of her. Ended up going with a whole different carrier after that experience!!!

If you want great customer service. This is the place and Alex is your guy. For the 3rd time this young man came to the rescue. Even delayed his lunch break to help me. End result I have a screen that fits the phone correctly. No excuse, no bs. His manager could not believe the lack of professionalism I received at the other store. Jovanni stayed talking with me to see what else her or Alex could do for me. This is how you treat your customers. My go to store and my go to guy.

Thought they were closed but associate was next door helping the loan place put up decorations asked for a specific phone she said we don’t have it in stock but I’ll call around she didn’t even call she went out and smoked instead I guess she needed a break from putting up decorations for the loan place next door

Poor service manager didn’t even know her own log in to her computer she had to go through a memory of codes to remember her log in if they can’t even remember the most simple thing why be called a manager waited 25-30 minutes until she finally figured it out i don’t know but I don’t think that’s management material.

Super friendly staff! They speak Spanish and are always open.
