Just moved town and wanted to find a local butcher to get my meat from. This spot is just up the road from my house. Great prices and quality meat. Simply walked in looking for some big steaks for dinner and bam.there they were. Two gentlemen preparing meat, one came up and helped me right awayBought 2 porterhouses. Nicely cut and ready to throw on a hot grill. Will be back to see what else they have later this week.

FROZEN meat is sour... Not 1, Not 2, but 4 packes!!!!!! So old and sour it snelled throughout the entire house! Spend the extra money (if you can) at a REAL butcher shop. Added to my disgust was they pushed already cooked perch as a sample. I purchased a pound and NO it smelled so bad in prep that my wife REFUSED to have it served to our guests. I hate to go here but you TRULY get what you pay for (threw out about 35$ worth of meat then spent 52$ to recover. For 87$ I could have gotten prime meat)

One stop shop. The meat man has it all. Ox tail, goat, quail, rabbit, duck, and even frog legs and gator bites. We have your seasonings and even your vegetables too. Picky kids we have hot dogs, pizza and chicken nuggets. Huge 5 items for 25$ selection too. Make sure to give the meat man a visit and come get you party and dinner needs at the meat man your one stop shop.

This guy is LEGIT!!! Ive been in Gwinnett county for 3 years now and have been paying 11 dollars a lb for goat meat, I went to the Meat Man and got better quality meat for 6 dollars a lb. I like this spot!!

Great selection and honest hardworking people. I bought over $100 worth of meat for holiday and price was great as was meat quality. Been my go to for a while and hard to be beat service and quality selection.

They didn’t have meat out for me to pick so they picked out my t-bones for me and packed them up before I could take a look. These are easily the worst t-bones I have ever seen. I used to do meat judging in FFA and I have never seen a t-bone with such little marbling. I would expect this at Walmart but not from a place that claims to have the best meat in the city.

Went in to buy some fillets this past saturday & the people that work in there are so helpful & courteous.Everything in there was fresh & you could tell the meat cutter knew what he was doing Will definitely be back!

This guy sold me a capped top sirloin (picanha) when I asked for a tri tip. When I called to tell him all he did is argue and ended up hanging up on me. Ill take the drive to Striplings in watconsville before this clown sees another penny from me!

Last week I purchase $69.00 of T-Bone steak and $38.00 beef short ribs. I will never make another purchase again. The meat had a lot of fat and gristle. I paid $11.99 a pound for the T-bone steaks and $5.99 a pound for the beef short ribs and it was a total waste of my money.

Great selections, affordable and fancy stuff too, amazing friendly staff and ownership..came here to pick up stuff for my mom as Im not a huge meat eater but the seafood selection, veggies, sales, and deals caught me for good!

This was the first time we went here and we were completely satisfied with the selection of meats and they have numerous packages available. You can get a good idea of the different packages on their website but they actually have more on their fliers that they have in the store. They also said you can call ahead and they will have the package you want ready when you get there. Definitely check them out.

I didnt believe that you would be able to tell the difference between grocery store and fresh meat from the Meat Man until we put it to the test. We tried chicken from our local grocery store and from the Meat Man side by side. What a difference! The meat from the Meat Man was more tender and tasted better (it was prepared and cooked the same). And thats just one example. Will definitely buy fresh meat from now on! Love this place!

Good honest business and fair prices. I buy all my beef products here for my chili, pasta sauces, stews, roasts, meatloaf, etc. Also love that you can get bacon cut as thick as you want. Their pork sausage is a favorite too, good quality and no flavorings or additives, so it works in any dish.

Ive been coming here for 12 years and Ive never been disappointed with the quality of their meat. They are professional, helpful, and very friendly. Youre always welcomed with a smile.

The hours are listed incorrectly on Google. It closes at six not seven. The shop recently changed ownership and the owner does not know how to update the hours online. Also the owner did not wear a mask and handled meat without gloves so dont go here if you are high risk.

I grew up old school where the meat market was on the corner and if you only had enough for 3 chick wings you could get it. I love that I can get fresh cut meat especially top choice steaks. He is part of the community and helps what make it grow!!!!!

STOP SMOKING INSIDE THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS! During my first visit, there was only one worker on duty and the place smelled like a night club. Full of smoke. I thought that maybe smoke was coming in from the worker smoking outside earlier, but the next visit, I went in and it smelled like an ashtray AGAIN. I looked in the back and there was a male worker smoking. He was standing inside near the back door, but it was closed and the entire place smelled like cigarettes. Do NOT allow your workers to smoke inside. I was disgusted and left.

Fresh and nicely cut oxtail is a requisite for Jamaicans, Meat man gives you that.

Owner is great and will order anything you need. May be a little bit more than Kroger but the quality is soooo much better. I bought some Sams meat and had to throw it out it was so bad, like plastic tasting.
