I love the area. I usually come here when I need to order a birthday cake. I love their birthday cakes. As always, they are pretty, they come with toys and they taste amazing.

Cashier are friendly and helpful. The store very clean and organized.

All of the employees seem to be very nice and helpful! I am starting to notice at all Publix stores lately that Im finding more expired items on the shelves, so just make sure to check all your dates while shopping. The young man took the expired item from me and checked all the remaining items on the shelf before continuing with what he was working on; which was great! To me I know things can happen, its what you do to fix the problem that I pay attention to.

Rotisserie chicken family meal combo. Yum! We got two of them, one original, one New Orleans... New Orleans is going to be my go to from now on.Homestyle red potato salad is amazing, so two of those... a macaroni salad got dropped in the basket as well... and the smokehouse baked beans!The macaroni salad is good, but just not me. That didnt keep everyone else from wolfing it down and declaring it delicious, though.The smokehouse baked beans were very good! Well balanced flavors: not too sweet, not too much smoke, and with bits of meat, just like my favorite BBQ places.The rolls you get with it are Kings Bread Hawaiian rolls, so you know thats a winner. They have a bakery just 14 miles up the road from us!Dessert selection found us in front of the bakery, drooling... and finally deciding on a mini chocolate lovers cake. The great thing is that we bought the mini one! It was so good that I am afraid if we had bought the regular sized one some of us would have lost all sense on control and just binged on it! Chocolate cake with chocolate fudge frosting. The name more than fits!And, as always, the employees of Publix are amazing. Certainly a main factor in Publix consistently being voted to the top in surveys of favorite grocery stores!

Easy to find handicapped parking. Staff are friendly and willing to help.

I shop there some. Get all my medication there. They send me text when its ready. I dont have to wait for an hour. Store is always clean. Even management will help me with a smile.

My experience at this Publix couldn’t have been any better. The store looked absolutely clean and I immediately felt welcomed in the environment. I could see all of the hard work the employees were demonstrating throughout my trip. More in particular, Hector, helped make my trip to Publix the one to beat. He followed all Covid-19 safety procedures and had outstanding customer service. Whenever I asked questions about the deals displayed around the store, he wouldn’t hesitate to give me an answer. When I also had no idea where something was, he would kindly go out of his way to show me where the items were displayed. I admire the determination this young man demonstrated to make my grocery trip easy and quick. I highly recommend this Publix!

Items are fairly easy to find and setup similar to other locations. The employees are nice. Bathrooms weren’t the cleanest at this location when I visited.

It was okay. The cashier was not friendly. I asked her how she was doing after she scanned three of my items. After everything was done and I was taking my bags, there was an employee who was checking out, the cashier was friendly.I grew up with Publix and I used to work at the same place. You are to be friendly whether you like it or not.

I ordered my sandwich at 11:00 am for a 12:00 pm pick up. I arrived early and decided to shop first. I saw a sandwich placed on the counter with Mayo and meat while other sandwiches were being made. When I finally got up to the associates at the sub station, I realized the sandwich that was sitting there had my name on it. It was exactly 12:07 pm and no one touched the unfinished sandwich for at least 15 minutes. I cancelled the order and decided to eat lunch elsewhere. I only have an hour for lunch and I assumed my sandwich would be ready at the scheduled time of 12:00 pm. This is a huge inconvenience for people who work in healthcare. I will no longer order online at this location because walk-ins take precedence over scheduled orders.

I felt like the sub area in the deli had become filled with people who didnt seem like they wanted to be there and I always felt like I was inconveniencing them to make my sub for me. The past couple times Ive gone a lady named Kris has helped me. She always makes my sub perfectly and takes time and puts care into it which I think makes it taste better!

Visiting the area. I found the workers nice and helpful. I was surprised . Meat area asked if I needed help twice and cashier was very nice also.

All employees were properly masked(those I could see). The person who bagged my groceries was especially helpful and kind.Additionally, this stream lined store allows you to find what you need quickly and without hassle. Check out was super fast. Overall, a great shopping experience.

Always a good visit to youre store nice people and very helpful my first visit to Publix was back in 1984 at gulfgate in Sarasota Florida it was a real treat to see the difference

Publix is one of my favorite stores for grocery shopping, I love the cleanliness, great customer service, fresh produce, and weekly buy one get one free deals!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed shopping at this store. It was very clean and well stocked. The prices are a little high but the quality you get is well worth the money. The have a great selection of meat. The produce looks tremendous and they have a large freezer selection. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Above and beyond service and the store is absolutely immaculate its so clean and nicely stocked.Employees friendly and helpful. The deli food (fried chicken and other hot items) were so fresh, not greasy or messy. Id actually left the old Peachtree location because they messed up my order I had to drive back (mischarged me badly) I ended up going on my intuition and though it was not the plan and out of my way this Publix location at metron walk was just head over heels better in every way. Both in quality of product and service. Granted old Peachtree was not the worst but merton location really just had the more consistent, higher standard.

I have ordered many cakes and bought many desserts from this bakery and they are usually great. The last thing I bought was a tiramisu and I found a hair in the first slice I cut. They should be wearing hair nets and that shouldn’t happen but it did so I just wanted a refund. The bakery told me they wanted that if they could see the hair in they would let me exchange it. Exchange it?! I’m not going through my trash can just to get something else from a bakery that sells items with hair in it!? I will never purchase another item from this bakery and I will make sure all my friends and family don’t either. I am disappointed in how this was handled

This place is my go to grocery store. I love it because if they are ever out of a product you need or even if they dont carry it they will do everything they can to make a place for it on their shelve! Customer service is the best I have ever experienced! Sometimes they can be pricy but the buy one get one free cuts my bill way down! You do not have to buy 2 therefore cutting your price in half for the item.Let me just mention that the bakerys fresh baked goods beat any other grocery stores items.I could do a blindfold test and pick out publics with no problem ! I hate to say it but I am addicted to their cream cheese cover brownies and 🧁 cupcakes as well as chocolate chip cookies(#Thanks to my brother)!He never comes back from the store without something from the bakery and a rotisserie chicken from the meat deli!TRY IT.....YOU WILL LIKE IT! I MUST LET YOU KNOW THST DUE TO COVID THEY ARE MANY TIMES OUT OF PRODUCT BUT THAT JUST CANT B HELP! HAPPY SHOPPING@@

Horrible horrible horrible spend money at Publix everyday.went to this one and went to buy there yogurt that they make and wasn’t even half way full and they said that’s what corporate told here to make. The girls name was Colby. I simply asked if she didn’t mind making one and she said she couldn’t which I know isn’t true. Laziness. That’s just one instance.there is many more
