I would like to give a special thank you to the bakery staff at the Publix on New Hope & Simonton. You all did a PERFECT job on my sons 1st birthday cake. I placed a custom cake order and asked for it to be white with polka dots all over. I didnt know what to expect; but they exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the cake tasted absolutely delicious!!! Thank you so so much!!!

I always have the best experience here...I mean shopping really is a pleasure. 😉 But this day I was frantically looking for sparkling cider for a party I was having later on that day. I looked all over I could not think of where sparkling cider would be. Was kind of nervous about the event that I was hosting and asked so many questions of this one young man. I didnt want to bother him again. I concluded, in my mind, I would go to another store and look there.When I got to the cashier the young lady helping with my bags asked, Did you find everything you needed? . I hesitantly said, Actually, no I didnt...I cant seem to find the sparkling cider. I guess youre all out. She said hmm, Did you check on aisle one with the juices?Sure enough... There it was on the top shelf. I think I purchased the entire shelf because I was so happy to see it. She made my entire day!!! So glad she asked! 😁

The store is clean and well stocked, but the DELI is the absolute WORST on planet earth. If you need sliced lunch meat, forget it. It will take you forever to get it. They have 3 people making sandwiches and 0 slicing meat. They litterely IGNORE you as they walk by. It is best to just get in the sandwich line to order your lunch meat. The first time I did they said, this is the sandwich line. I said, fine, put my pound of ham between 2 slices of bread, since no one is slicing lunch meat today...

I cant speak for the rest of the store, but I just want to say in the deli, Miss Prisha, is an absolute angel. Shes always so kind, upbeat, and GREAT at her job every time weve done business here.Thats hard to find these days.Thank you for your awesome work ethic, outstanding service, and most of all being a kind human being.

Ive never had a problem with this publix, everyone I have encountered has been more than friendly.

Too many ppl who feel special so they park right in front of the stores causing parking lot delays. Continual issue. This includes delivery drivers.

Nice clean store, well-staffed and with several actual cashiers to ring you up. So much nicer and much faster than their main competitor. A very good shopping experience. Im shopping here more often, even though its farther away than my K store.

I realize I went around lunch time and that affects some things and covid affects things too, Im sure. Everything moved quickly shopping-wise until I went to the deli. There are like 5 kinds of chicken and turkey and the selection is smaller every time I go, not even consistent. Again, I realize some things are affected by covid still. It just seems that the area affected most is the deli as far as keeping things in stock, so hopefully that changes soon. Everything else was great, what youd expect from publix.

I have never had a problem here. Everyone seems to be really nice and have always been good with assisting me. And if Ive had any issues with produce or meeting to return something, they have been very understanding and polite.

Very friendly and always a pleasure doing business with them . When ever I visit my sister I ship items I bought back home. It arrives in tack and on time .

I mainly come to the pharmacy. The pharmacist(I believe hes the assistant manager) is very nice and helpful.

Ordered food from deli at 640pm and given confirmation for pick up at 8pm. Received call at 758 notifying me that they could not make the order because they have shut down ovens. Would have been nice to get this call before I left home to pick it up.

I went to the publix deli for a sub, i heard they have the best subs around the area so i decided to check it out. firstly i wanna say that the lady taking our order was EXTREMELY rude & disrespectful. she was taking out order like normal and she talked very quiet and when asked to repeat the questions she got an attitude. she was very aggressive when making the subs. food was good service was horrible. thanks anyways publix.

Their customer service is terrible. They never have enough cashiers or enough people working in the deli. You literally have to wait 30 mins to get a sandwich made. They’re the SLOWEST Publix in Gwinnett County.

Very disappointed in lack or unwillingness to enforce covid safety guidelines. Publix boasts about their concern for peoples health and well being, yet at this store there was absolutely no adherence to social distancing or mask guidelines...put in place by Publix! Guess its all for show. Expressed concern to manager and asst.manager (8/2/2020) and they basically ignored me and did nothing while I pointed out very blatant concerns right in front of them. Again...all for show!!

This Publix has the worst Deli department in all of GA, if not the entire US. The one manager who actually did any work, her name is Vicky, she is no longer there unfortunately. Today I placed an order for a meatball sub online at 10:50am. When I came to the store at 11:40 the sub was still not ready. They made the sub while I was there. When I took the sub I asked the guy if the sub was supposed to be toasted because it felt cold and I requested a toasted sub. He rudely fired back that he just toasted the sub. Honestly had he been nice about it I would not be leaving this review. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location in one week. For over a yearI have avoided this deli because of the awful and slow service. I am forced to shop for Boars Head products at the Kroger Deli. I regret going back these two times. I picked up the sub for my childs school lunch. Rest assured you wont be seeing me again.
