My family was throwing a surprise 70th birthday party for my mother and I tried ordering a Tongan lei from multiple sources with no luck. I found Lei Away online and I absolutely loved working with them. They were very professional and communicated with me from beginning to end. They made it so easy and convenient to order using their website and texted me to confirm the information. It was ready when they said it would be and it was beautifully made. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Wonderful people and an amazing service. I went there to get the leis for a friend’s wedding reception but they were closed. First and last time as a customer. I ordered a maile lei for my sisters wedding and had gone to pick it up in Lehi the day before the wedding to make sure we got it as fresh as possible. The lei was no where near fresh, it was pretty much brown and withered. I informed the lady who was helping me regarding the condition of the lei and she said that the owner was not there and pretty much was unable to assist me. I ended up having to spend three times the amount of money because it was literally the day before the wedding just to replace the dead of a lei we received from this company.

The Lei was beautiful but the service was blah. They didnt have our order ready so they sent us down the street to see if their sister location had it but they didnt so they gave us something else that they had ready and then sent us to a third location to get the last part of our order. All the manager told us was sometimes this happens but what can you do.
