Lindsey was great. I had anxiety about upgrading our phones. I have had horrible experience with other AT&T stores. Lindsey upgraded all 5 lines with top of the line phones. I saved a whole lot on my bill, even with the upgrades. She made sure we saved everything we could. She as patient and professional. I will start doing all my business with her!

Alan is one of the most helpful, kindest, and overall the best employee this store had ever had. I came in wanting to just look at phones and I ended up walking out with a new line & a tablet. He made sure my bill was cheaper than what I paid before with the old provider. Alan makes sure all of your needs are taken care of, he definitely deserves to be recognized and appreciated it. If you visit this store, go see him!!!!!

Lindsey is so amazing! She has greatly decreased my bill by taking time to look over my bill and explain all the benefits that no one else ever had the time to do. Austin, our salesperson was wonderful. He immediately tried to work out problems we were having with our phone and made the upgrade process easy and explained any charges incurred. He was so friendly and a great people person.

Definitely would not recommend trading in phones at this store. We traded in phones in December 2020 (in the store). They let us know that it would take a few months before the credits would be reflected on our bill. No problem. Fast forward to March, when we called to ask about the status of our credit, there is NO record of these phones being traded in. We have gotten the run around from them and our support ticket was closed out due to them not having proof of our trade in (two phones / $1400 in credits). The manager of this store refused to give his last name and refused to give the name of the district and/or regional manager. Shady business practice? I think so.

Found myself traveling across two towns away. I was told I would be able to save on a new phone by the hickory store yet wrong information on which phone qualified was given wrong. They’ve always took the time to help me figure out any problem that I’ve ever had and I have never left this store unsatisfied or displeased. My last experience just a few days ago was with Kurt and Corey and they were both very respectful and helpful! I recommend them to everyone!

They have repeatably lied to me about the cost of my bill. Not once has my bill one solid number, and of course it only increase and never decreases. Always have to dispute the charges and they just give me the run around. Went in for a specific service and I was informed of how much the service will add to my bill. Next bill comes, not surprisingly my bill was way more than it was quoted. $700 more for a service that they have confidently inform me will be only be $50. These people are sales people. They will act nice to you because they know, they can get your money upfront and after you sign the papers you are locked in and cant do much. If you try they send you to collections, ruin your credit and your left with a feeling of being screwed over. I regret the day I walked into this store and shook that mans hand.

My dad and I recently switched from Carolina West Wireless to AT&T and we received fantastic customer service from Matt and Carlos at the Lenoir location! They gave us patience and explained everything step by step. I wish we would have made the switch sooner!

This is the worst service I have ever received! A month ago I cam in to upgrade my phone. Well Kurt promised to make adjustments to the bill. So that we would do the buy one get one free. When we went back said oh Im sorry you will have to call the customer service number. So today I call again and still being jerked around. I have to drive back to the store once again so customer service can talk to them. This does nothing Cody the so called Assistant Manager tells me I need to deal with Kurt who has lied to me several times. Will not tell me the Store Managers name so that I can come back and speak with him. Cody also threatens to call the law because I want answers and am tired of being given the run around. I have never seen such disregard for customers in all my life. If you cant handle upset customers appropriately then you have no business being in a customer service position.

I can deffiantly assure you all we have had a complete staff turn around. We do care about each and everyone of our customers. If you would like me to I would love to help. Went to AT&T on Thursday evening of this weekend and was greeted by two wonderful employees. Both Landon and Corey were wonderful with helping me and my mom, expecially Corey. He took the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted and then even after we bought the product to put the case and screen protector on for me as well as making sure I didnt need any help setting up some of the settings and things on my new iPhone. Absolutely fantastic job, and I know if I go back Im going to make sure Corey is working.

The last few times that I have went in the store to pay on a bill, Ive had to wait 30 minutes or longer. Its not that the person is not doing their job, its because there is only 1 person there to take care of a customer. The time before this last time, I ask if they were the only 1 there and the person said that yes that the other workers were on lunch break. This was around 3 which I thought was strange. I know that the store can get really busy, but theres 2 places to check out .
