I went in April 6th and was on a prepay plan with someone else. I cant not hook my phone up at all because apparently I can not come off of a prepay account unless I talk to that other person that I do not speak to anymore.. I ported from straight talk, got a free useless phone .. I bought a new straight talk and changed my number. Would not recommend bark mobile anywhere. So apparently bark is not prepay, they refuse to hook my phone up I got from them. That I got FREE with port-in and payed Aprils service .

Iv had bark mobile for 5yrs n I love it! Iv referred several ppl to yall.

I switched phones and saved loads of money plus got new phones.

Kirsten Fleming was such a wonderful person and she helped to get our phones switched quickly. She was very happy to assist us and was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. I would recommend Bark to anyone!

The girls working where very nice and helpful. But had no deals for already Bark customers. Both my husband and my phones you have to turn around backwards to hear on them. Need new ones.

The store has signage stating get 5 free phones but will only give you four and say its an old promotion but yet the signage is there for a second day now and they still will not honor their signage could be a false advertisement lawsuit if someone wanted to

Paid $200 for a new phone that half works and drops 9 out of 10 calls. Bark tells me its my carrier and my carrier tells me its my phone. Been with them for years but now I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Horrible service!!!😞😞😞😞😞

Love Bark Mobile, the people are always great and the plans are wonderful. And I have service at home which TMobile and Metro PCS could not provide!! TMobile lied to me and sold me a month of service only to get home and find I had no service and they would not refund my money and even lied to me on the phone after I got home and called back they promised me a free hotspot but when I went to the store the next day I was told since I had prepaid service I was not eligible for a hotspot free or otherwise!!
