I had Total Wireless for a little while. Cracked my screen less that 24 hours after having the phone. I got upset because they wouldnt replace it after not asking me if I needed a screen protector. Which I ordered a case through them. So after 6 months or so I changed companies.That was a bad mistake. I went to Straight Talk. That was a terrible choice. Wish I had stayed with Total Wireless. B I now have terrible service and Zerp support. Im definitely going back to Total Wireless. At least I know the service is fantastic and there is support 24/7.Thanks Total Wireless
