Everything is great with my service an the manager even fixed our over payment

I went to the lenoir location, switching from bark to cricket, i woke up this morning real ill, spirts low, didnt matter who was in front of me i just had a negative attitude, well ashley def turned that around by the time i left, she was more then just nice, she was pretty amazing, and went above and beyond, letting me leave while she ported my number and set up my phone, anytime i come their thing are always handled, but with ashley it was different and because of that i for now on will only deal with her! she is amazing

Everytime I go there I get good service and nice people also,lol they know me as the guy with the mustang.ill keep going there so give cricket a try.

I wish I could have gave Cricket Wireless 5 stars because I have no complaints with the service itself but the last 3 months Ive went to the Lenoir store which is supposed to open at 10am,I would wait 45 mins or more for someone to open the store and each time I just gave up and went to the Granite store.They are always on point there but its an inconvenience to have to drive so much further.Other than that,I would recommend them.
