The owner of this place, John Christie, is a fraud and takes advantage of small companies. We advertised for his locations over a years time and he always lied about performance to get a huge discount. He claimed one employee was drunk, meanwhile that employee he was talking about was a hardcore church goer and training for an upcoming olympic fencing competition. Alcohol simply didnt fit in his program lol. Many other examples as such till it became a pattern, we gained concrete evidence of his lies and accusations, then it all started to add up till we finally decided to refuse any more contract requests from him. If the service was so bad, why keep calling us and requesting service? If you contract with him, get payment UPFRONT and keep logs of your work to avoid any foolishness.
As an att customer I know to take the drive to hickory because its not likely to get the assistance I need when visiting this store. Also had the same experience when taking an elderly family member here for resolving issues with cellular phone service. Not the employees fault this store is just an authorized retailer instead of a corporate store.
