The 2 guys working when we went in were very knowledgeable regarding any game we asked about. They helped us pick out games based off what he liked and we ended up loving the choices they helped us make and they helped us chose an appropriate game for our 4 year old and he loves it as well. Great customer service and selection of games, systems, and gaming accessories!

I was planning on buying the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller today from this store which is 179.99.A lot of money to be dropping at a business. I called before I drove over there. Rang and rang, nothing. Ok That’s fine, I understand that, people get busy. Well, I drive over there and the employee is just standing there talking on her cellphone which would explain why she couldn’t answer my call, but whatever, nothing to be upset over. However when I smile and ask “Hey! How are you today?” And she stays on her phone doesn’t even look at me and just mutters “Hello” like I wasn’t even worth giving the time of day. That I can even deal with, some people just don’t have good social skills. But what really got me was when another customer when up to purchase his goods she continued to stay on her phone like we were an inconvenience being there. I turned around and put the controller back and left. You lost almost $200 of business because of it and I won’t be back. I’m sorry to have to leave a review like this because I’ve done thousands in business with GameStop but this just got to me a little too much.

Very knowledgeable staff when it comes to nearly all the games. Always willing to lend a hand, help review games when needed, and make recommendations on what you like. Great sales all the time. Best gaming store in town.

Did not have many options on controllers, like none. For the second time Ive went in looking. Corporate needs to figure out how to keep items in stock!

They sold me a resealed game as brand new. When I got home and noticed the disk had fingerprints and scratches on it I went back to try and return it. They refused and said that they commonly reseal their games and that they wouldn’t accept a return because it wasn’t new. IT WAS NEVER NEW IN THE FIRST PLACE. Last I checked it was illegal to take products out of their factory seal and sell them as new items, apparently Gamestop doesn’t care to routinely break the law. Don’t support this company and their illegal business practices, I know I’ll never shop there again.

Clerk was incorrect with what items were in a bundle so I bought it expecting one thing but got another. Manager refused to swap a digital copy for a physical copy unless I returned the entire bundle and forfeited my limited edition version of the Nintendo Switch. Long story short, manager refused to work with me even though I was reasonable and calm. I will be buying from Walmart or Amazon in the future.

GameStop is a great place to get all gammer necessities, plus more that you dont need but just really want. Games, consoles, accessories, and more can be traded, sold, or bought at GameStop. You can get some of the best deals on it all there.

Just left gamestop. I have been in here several times. Tonight there was a new girl. So far shes my favorite! Before we could even ask she asked if we needed help and was very helpful. Its Monday September 17th 2018. Owner definitely needs to reward her and no I dont know her. Im simply beyond impressed at how great she was doing!

Understaffed and can never get anyone on the phone if you have a question. In other words you cant call to see if an item is in stock because it takes an act of congress to get through. They literally ignore the phone if they are talking to someone. Seen it first hand many times. Im not a gamer but make trips for my son and dread it every time you will normally have a long wait. Sorry but being totally honest here.

I sat on the phone waiting an hour for them to pick up and they never did. They will not answer phone calls
