DO NoT go with Carolina west their service is absolutely awful you literally can’t be on a call and drive down the road without losing service several times. You can’t browse the web in an efficient manner even when showing full service. I would strongly strongly strongly suggest paying the extra few dollars to go with a different carrier for about 15 bucks more you can go with Verizon or one of the major carriers and have reliable service honestly I wouldn’t even give one star but I had to do I could write a review

Wish they have a negative star. I am so upset with this company. Been with them for years. Had five phones. I can not begin to tell you about my horrible experience. My phone BROKE 2 years ago, replaced batteries, had it worked on. Then it finally died.This was a Apple 6.5.March, they said I was late but the man at the office said I had until the end of the month to pay bill. WRONG. We were on vacation in our RV, in Tennessee on Friday. None of our phones worked.Tried to pay bill, but could not, They were closed. So bought new phones.At walmart with straight talk. My husband loved his phone. So he took my dead phone to them, Insurance to replace it plus 200.00....TILL today I have no replacement phone.. They gave me a loaner, which I have never used, who wants to go through the trouble of setting up a loaner phone?.So here it is the end of September I paid my 200. bill for they said two months for one phone. That they dont charge you a month in advance. Now they tell me I have to pay for this phone I have not used in six months for another thirty days. Even though I said disconnect it ..Told them check records on a phone that has not been used in Six Months. I have never had a contract with them. Paid cash in full for all five phones, and replaced couple times through the six plus years we have been with them.I have to pay for another thirty days !!!!!!!!!!!One of the five phones we turned in and continually was billed for that phone for two years. The aggravation with this company just goes on and on...Not a good company to deal with, they are also Bark Mobile....BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive had my service for a few months and I would have given 5 stars but my signal drops from time to time and I have trouble hearing on my phone but overall I like it

A female associate told my husband he was rude. She said this outloud though my husband did not hear this I did hear it. I felt this was out of line. No one was rude. This young woman needs to learn more about respect and customer service.

Been Buying cases there for a minute just bought two cases from them not cheap either just like two weeks ago and I used one and it was straight love the case but when I open the other the back of it was broke were you put your credit cards at, So like anybody else after you pay like 40 bucks for cases I just took it back to trade it for the same case. The bad thing the very same little girl that sold it to me and knew I bought it would not trade it in for the same case said I needed the box so I said keep that box and give me the case She said Nope like real arrogant and said you know I bought it she said Nope and I said it all good I m good, But it be last time I go in there and buy accessories from them👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾!!!!!

They say they will work with you on the bill but its a lie. I was told to pay a double payment and I would be caught up and the next week my phone was turned off. I will never go back there.
