Its is a very good place with a lot of food and brands from México. Pan dulce calientito every day, churros, delicious food ready to enjoy there or To go, aguas frescas, tortillas de harina, Barbacoa, pozole, Caldo de res OMG!😄 my mouth is watering just to remember. There are cakes, the famous mexican candies and the very especial elotes de vaso outside . Big parking lot with hándicap áreas. Awesome attendants inside.

A little small but they have fabulous authentic Mexican groceries, produce etc as a super market does but their bakery is phenomenal! Their tres leches cake is the best Ive ever had. You can buy all your seasoned meats etc right there. Also small taqueria on site! Excellent

First time here. Much larger selection than the smaller market I used to go to. Decent prices. Wish Id been here years ago.

Great place to shop. Full service meat, seafood, deli and bakery. Great prices on meat and produce. Small store but has everything you need. Wife loves shopping here for there huge selection of meats and hard to find produce.

The place is supercrowded most all the time, the aisles are blocked by massive pallets full of merchandise, people cannot get around, the lines of people are endless. The meat, fruit and vegetables selection is usually good, the bakery is real good.

If your looking for good fajita meat and good already made authentic flour tortillas, this is the place to go!

Courtesy to disabled, mobility impaired customers is lacking greatly. This is the only El Rancho I have visited, that does NOT have electric carts for handicap/disabled customers. I would visit more & buy more if this convenience existed at this Lewisville store. For that reason, I travel to the Carrollton/Farmers Branch store for my larger grocery buys.

If you want meat for a BBQ, this is a good place for it!

Some good, the bad frozen meet, also has a fresh ones, Mexican Hispanics foods variety its mostly good and diversity. Just need improve on cleaning and display, the place is small or at less it feels like that

Am an Indian and not a Mexican, still I visit this store every week mostly. Tomatoes here are always 99 cents a pound, and everything else is very very cheap and good quality. Also u get fresh juices and boiled corn cups here. Also warm churros and Pan Dulce (sweet bread) huge selection is here, pick ur own style. I usually buy these all for my kid. Also I like that the oranges are 4 for $1... Pear 3 for a $1 and lemons were 8 for $1 yesterday!! U also get fresh Green garbanzo here for standard prices. Also mango, papaya, cantaloupe, pineapple are always available here and other tropical cut fruit in boxes. Cilantro here is mostly 4 for $2.

It was great until I got into the line oh my God them lines are so long it took me almost 20 minutes to check out umm.

I came here 10/22/2020 and although I have been here many times over the years, today I had to share a review on the manager. I really wanted a special they had on a certain meat, but they were out and had it but it wasn’t marinated. I asked him if they could match the price on the meat and his response was I really want you to have the meat marinated because it is delicious and I want you to experience that. I was shocked, I expected a no or I’m sorry but no. He asked if I could wait for them to marinate the meat and immediately stepped to the back to ask them to get this for me. My experience today was amazing. I can see why the staff is friendly and that is because they try and follow the manager positive attitude. Thank you El Rancho Lewisville!

It is an incredible Latin market. Fresh products, fruits, bakery and everything else and everything is reasonable priced. Every time I am in Gainsville, TX, this is a must stop. Great peow and great service.Highly recomend!

As mexican market as you can find in the DFW area, DARK, AWFUL dark, awful smelly meat department, badly kept restrooms. Its deteriorating rapidly.

Well it’s a good store but u need to watch out on the prices when You buy something because in the ad am I say cheaper and when you go and buy it it doesn’t give you that price that it tells you on the ad and they don’t tell you anything into if you look at the receipt so please watch out for that.

Great selection and amazing prices on foods to make great dishes with spice and flavor. Be sure to stop and get some fresh tortillas what are still warm while they are sitting on a non heated shelf.Check out all the great chiles, both dried and fresh waiting to spice up your life. Dont miss the fresh cheese in the back right corner of the store and of course there is the seafood and meat that you can choose from.Tight check out area and some sanitary issues like brooms and dustpans leaning on open bins of dried beans are the only thing keeping this from getting a 5 star rating.

Very cheap prices. We come here for our produce, tissue, oils and some meats. Great prices on bulk meats. But, what I love most here is the cafe food. And the corn outside

Visited El Rancho to get Bananan Peppers. The prices of produce is reasonable. Since it was a Saturday afternoon, the place was busy with shoppers. It took me a little while @ the check out, but that was O.K owing to COVID 19 / Social Distancing.

Food place to buy all your Hispanic needs

I love the food

It takes multiple calls to actually reach someone on the phone and when they “transfer” you, you’re left waiting until the call drops. I don’t live close so it’s inconvenient going there to find out if they have what I need when finding out over the phone would help so much. SICK OF IT.

One of my favorite supermarkets. I always find fresh meats and poultry in the meat department. Even good fish in the fish department & fresh ceviche & more. I enjoy times they bring in a nice catch of shrimp of gulf of mexico. Their flour tortillas and corn they always have on stock and much more . I always get my veggies and fruits there for they got the best prices so far. Lots of mexican items also in grocery department. Gotta try their bakery department for daily you find a large variety of sweet bread made fresh daily. They also sale warm cooked ready foods . You will always be treated with a warm courteous smile.😃

Found some bargains. Vegetables were not that great. Very crowded and small aisles make it difficult to move around.

Busy when I arrived, due to COVID-19, there are lines on the floor to follow. Most do not use; I dont either. I went there for cloth tortilla warmer for the microwave. Surprisingly, they were out. They do have an excellent choice of meats, fruits and vegetables typically found in Mexican dishes. Most certainly recommend El Rachero.

Love it, very clean and organized. They have a big inventory of fruits and vegetables. Very fresh meats as well.I drive 100 miles every 2 weeks from Oklahoma just to do my shopping here.The restaurant hast one of the most authentic Mexican food flavors in the area. I super recommended that you come with an empty stomach. They have a very large menu to chose from and the food gets prepared fresh and from scratch. One of my favorite places to shop for food. Restrooms could use a makeover do.

Bread and conchas are always fresh, always on Wednesday special on food and fruits just kind slow when you go to pay at the register. Its always big waiting lines

Tamales are good. Prices good. Not everyone who will help you speaks English, be advised. The available Mexican fare is tasty and the carnicia has great deals.

We are from DEEP south Texas. This place feels like home! Sunday morning barbacoa and fresh corn tortillas were fantastic. Their sweetbread is delicious. Everything feels and tastes very authentic.

While I was there the sanitation crew was moving all around. I saw at least 3 people clearly marked and doing various tasks like steam cleaning/disinfecting the main entrance and exit. I also got hot caldo and barbacoa just as good as my grandma made.

Ran in for a quick pick up of hamburger meat. The pack I bought was listed at 3.99 lbs but when I opened it up it seemed off. So I weighed it and it was barely 3lbs. They have the meat flattened out and spread thin so it’s hard to tell when you first see them in the store. I thought it was an odd way of packaging but now I realize why they do it that way.

El Rancho is the biggest and best Hispanic market I have ever been in. It is store packed for all your cooking needs & it also has a restaurant on the inside, and the food was delicious. I will be going back again, and I would recommend to all my family and friends...

I found hicama there. My husband likes it. Not to sweet. The prices on soda pop are very reasonable.The soda pop is from Mexico and does not have High Fructose Corn Syrup. High Fructose Corn Syrup bothers my husbands stomach. Glad to find it. Also they have great dinners served there . To eat there or take out.
