Loved my experience with George. Did such a great job walking us through some vehicles and narrowing down what we wanted. Too bad the sales manager inserted himself and gave us a combative, rude, pushy vibe, because we really wanted to buy a car through Georgie-boy, and we damn well would have.
Our sales lady Stephanie was very kind and willing to help get us into the car we wanted. The managers were very helpful and willing to ensure we got a fair deal. My only disappointment is how long it took, but to be fair, there were tons of customers in the showroom so they were understandably swamped.
We were Georges first used auto sale. He was very nice. We really like the Ionic we bought very much. Only issue was the haggle with the price with the dealership but at the end a day later we came to a deal. Ask for George hes a really nice guy!

UPDATE:Dealership contacted me, had me bring in my car right away, and set me up with a loaner. My car was fixed the following week. Everyone was very kind and helpful which I really appreciate!! Great service second time around.I’m not one to write reviews or complain but afterwhat happened to me here I had to. I really do not want what happened to me to happen to anyone else!! Bought a used car from here a month ago. A couple days ago the engine light went on and the car was having issues starting. Read the code and with that code the car is not driveable. I called to see when I could bring it in and they said I could not bring it in for 3 weeks!! After getting the car a month ago!! I used all my savings on this car, trusting that they actually checked it out. I contacted the man who sold me the car who was very nice before buying it, and he said he would speak to his manager but I have yet to hear from either of them.
George is the man. Really good guy and cared about you buying whats good for you. No pressure or rush on test drive. He deserves your business.

I operate a car repair service in Lincolnwood & called to order a part. Between frequent holds, 33 min later the parts guy figured out what I need. Parts here at always 3-4 days wait, very little stock & its been like this for a long time. If I order parts its for a customer & if parts get delayed cust might cancel. I tried to work with them but those guys make it impossible, wouldnt order unless its prepaid. Reason? Because in July I ordered a part and cancelled... So you know, they interchange with all Hyundai dealers and share parts inventory so they sell it or if they dont they can return it to Hyundai factory warehouse. I order from other dealers & its free delivery & good customer service. George the manager was rude, arrogant & hung up the phone, he doesnt care about customers, market its too good for being polite 🤔 I suggest, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, or else when you need it... you are on your own. Read the reviews, negative ones... Youll be glad you did.

My Hyundai Sonata had a major engine issue which made it a subject for a recall. I have purchased multiple Hyundais and very frustrated with this problem. Rich and Gigi the service managers were outstanding. Rich was able to schedule a diagnostic appointment within a week, where other dealerships were scheduling 2 to 3 weeks into the future. Once the vehicle was diagnosed as needing a new engine, Rich kept me informed and was able to get me a loaner within a couple of days. I researched this problem and was concerned as Covid-19 has made some engine parts tough to get in and was expecting multiple months of wait time. Rich informed me that the vehicle should be finished by Monday next week which is with 21 days of an engine replacement. I am impressed with all of the professional interactions with Rich, Gigi and their team. A dealerships service department is a reason to buy from Leader Hyundai. thank you Rich and Gigi.
This is the worst dealership you could ever go to. I️ called and asked them to put together the paperwork and put a car on hold for me because I️ was going to buy it that night. They agreed to do so, but when I️ got to the dealership, someone was out with it on a test drive! Let’s not forget that my total to buy the car was $7,560 over the sticker price because they jacked up the price with fees. Do NOT go here.

One of the worst places you can take your car to be serviced. They had the car for two months, because they didnt have the part, thats fine no big deal, but you give me back the car all dirty from the inside with grease stains on the seats and door that is not acceptable at all and irresponsible, And on top all of this the car wasnt fixed and I had check engine light next day, I wasnt able to return it because I had to catch a flight the same day the light came on.Never going back. Worst f&%$$ place ever.

I found used car online that I was interested in at the dealership, and I went there prepared to do battle with them throughout the whole process. However, Alex was a great sales consultant who respected my time, provided excellent customer service, and minimized most of the BS that Ive had to deal with at other dealerships. I feel that I got a fair deal, and I would definitely consider them for future business. Edited to add that their service department was also great in fixing one minor issue and also took the time to give me some helpful maintenance tips.
Went in to look at a car for $17,000 only to find out they were charging a $3,000 UCI. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE. I would say borderline scam territory. If you were looking to buy a used vehicle from here, I would advise against it. Best of luck buyers!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time at this dealership.I requested a quote on their website for a Hyundai Ioniq Blue for a 36 month, 12,000 mile/year lease and received a quote for $299/month. I spoke to Malinda on the phone before arriving to confirm that I would be quoted $299/month when I arrived at the dealership to avoid wasting my time.When we arrived (on the same day), we were sent to Yash to set up the test drive and paperwork. We told him we were quoted $299 via their website and a phone call. He proceeded to tell us it would be closer to $480-500. Then he back tracked when we clarified we were looking to lease--not finance. He sent us on a test drive and when we came back, he still quoted us $475. Then he proceeded to argue with and raise his voice at us about Chicago taxes being 18%. He just kept saying you came at me with $300 and I came back with $475, now you give me a number. As we reiterated, we were given the $300 from HIS DEALERSHIP, he just kept saying louder and louder NO YOU GIVE ME A NUMBER. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.I can understand if theres a price issue. Arguing with and yelling at a customer over a price originally quoted to us by your company is absolutely unacceptable .

It was a good and comfortable experience buying our first new car through Yash. He answered questions I did not think of and was knowledgeable of the car’s capabilities.
We just bought our 2nd car here and were really happy with the process. Pete helped us pick the perfect car and Stephanie Gonzalez was great in making sure we were taken care of during the process. We forgot an important document and said we would look for it. A few days later Stephanie followed up to see how she could help. I was so impressed and felt like the people there were invested in making sure that we felt good about our experience.
Alex was very helpful. He was able to answer all our questions.However, the whole experience took a lot longer then was necessary. The back and forth took a very long time. The paperwork had to be redone a few times before it was right. We were there for a total of 5 hours. If not for the long time we would be giving it a higher score.

We arrived asking to test drive 2 models for comparison and were held up for nearly 45min by the sales team asking about financing and trim preferences and getting our personal information before even test driving. When we asked to shift the focus to test driving, the wonderful woman we worked with had keys but it seemed the manager or supervisor was pressing her to nail down what we could afford because they didnt want to put us in the wrong car so despite just about being ready to walk to the lot to test drive, it seemed that the manager still wanted her to get more financial information. We walked out, which felt rude but considering there was an apparent lack of listening to what we wanted, it felt necessary. No fault of the saleswoman we worked with, this seemed to come from management.
Absolute joke of a dealership. I have never in my life experienced a dealership that took 2 months to take a look at my car and say it was just the starter. The service is terrible and clearly management doesn’t have things under control. I’ve called multiple times only to be told someone will call me back.

They made us wait over 30m to test drive a car. Then they came back asking if we were willing to pay $10,000+ over MSRP as a market adjusted price. When I was unwilling to pay that but requested a test drive to experience the car first and return when they had more inventory/no mark up, they refused saying they will only let us test drive if we were willing to pay the higher cost. Im surprised they think people go to Hyundai for a joy ride!

Rude staff and a complete waste of time. Staff wasnt masked up and will taunt you and/or ignore you if you decide to do so to keep safe. Save yourself the headache and go to a different dealership where theyll take care with your time and your health.
We went to see the Palisade. Over 2K was added to the base price for a ceramic and rust proof coating that they put on all of their cars apparently, but obviously wasn’t on this one because it was still covered from transport. I was also told there was a fee for the chip shortage that was 10% of the base price of the car. The car was about 43k and the fee was actually 5K - more like a flat fee. When we decided to leave the dealer offered to take the 2K off. That was easy. What a scam.

Left my car here to get serviced for 6 days and they didn’t do jack squat. I mean nothing. Not even a car wash. Then they lost my key fob and want me to leave it for another day. They are a joke. Don’t waste your time here. Had to spend money out of my own pocket to get my car because they refused to have someone pick me up. Showed up and my car hood was wide open in the parking lot with the battery disconnected. I would go across the street to the Kia service. They fixed my issue same day.

I bought my car here in 2016 and I had a great experience. I came back a few weeks ago because of my experience and I couldnt believe how this dealership turned into a Frat house. I recommend this dealer to my wife and we came to buy her a car. The moment we walk in we hear a salesman yell can you believe this lady is trying to negotiate with me outside. Two more salesman are laughing right in front of us rolling their eyes. This is all happening before I am even approached by a salesman. This immediately lights red flags. When we were approached by a salesman we looked at a car test drove it and couldnt even enjoy or give him our time because already dont feel like customers. the car was still covered in plastic with boxes damaging the upper upholstery. We decided to leave because were being stared at by the guys behind the counter. Is this behavior normal, did they yell about us leaving to other customers? Lost my wifes business this year and mine next year.

I am super picky and hard to please although this young man Josoe helped me without any problem, he answered all my ridiculous questions and let me see all the cars I wanted and explained exactly what I was paying for with no hidden chargers he was very upfront about the entire process. Probably the worst car experience of my life. To summarize countless hours of waiting around the service center and five elapsed days the short story is: I was charged $320 to diagnose my problems without receiving a diagnosis for my problem. I had to wait an hour and a half for the honor of paying that extortionist fee and when I finally did pay I was informed that the keys were locked away and it would be an hour before the mechanic who had the key to the box that held my keys would arrive to allow me to take my car somewhere else to actually get diagnosed. I arrived at 9am and its now 5:50 as I write this review and try to get my car out of this place. Its honestly unclear to me whether Im facing incompetence, miss management or an absolute scam, but either way i highly recommend not coming here!

If I could give them 0 stars I would.I called to inquire about a vehicle that was listed on their website for MSRP. When I talked to the sales department I was told they had no intention of offering that price and instead the price would be market adjusted up an additional $5000. This however is not advertised anywhere on the website and instead said they were BELOW KBB fair market value. They do list the standard tax, title and license fees which is customary and expected, but outright false advertising the price they are selling might be illegal.I would avoid this dealership unless you like getting ripped off.

I came to Hyundai of Lincolnwood with hopes of purchasing a car. After finding the car I wanted, (a 2020 Hyundai Sonata SE listed at $21,999 on the website) I was ready to buy. While talking about the final price, for some reason the total came out to be $32,000 after all of the packages, taxes and fees. When I refused to buy the extra packages and said that I want to walk out after paying the listed price of $21,999 plus taxes and fee ($24,000-$25,000) I was told that that’s not possible. They are not honest about the price!! Whatever price you see on the website is not the real price you’ll pay.
We called because we thought we needed an appointment. But Josoe answered and invited us by.James the manager literally met us at the door when we pulled up. We loved his transparency and can do attitude. We literally felt like part of the family.Josoe was finishing up with customers but when it was our turn to meet with him he blew us away. I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Elantra GT from this location. This was my first time ever purchasing a new car so I was a little apprehensive. I made sure to do my research on how to buy a car from a dealership but to my surprise my experience here went smooth. I was not rushed and my salesperson Nidia was not pushy. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. There were no hidden fees or tricks when it came time to do the financing. My car was in perfect condition and I love it. My only complaint is the process took a while. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership.
Easily the worst overall experience I’ve had with any dealership in regards to service. The general manager does not care for anything besides making a sale, and the service manager and team have neglected to inform me anything about the status of my car. Zero consideration for customer service or customer satisfaction. My car laid untouched for repairs for over a month, they lost my key multiple times and even lost my entire vehicle at one point. Whenever I called for an update, everyone I talked to was either clueless, extremely rude to me, or would brush me off completely. Do not recommend.Ps: still on going.
