The lady who works there was so helpful, pleasant, patient, and great customer service. I know the bare minimum about my phones, she took the extra time to help me to try to get my phones together. My experience at other Boost stores werent that good, thats why I keep going to this particuler store.These days you dont find help like that anymore.

They have a 10 dollar per month plan. I called and ask if Motorola g7 was approved for that plan, they said yes. They told me what I needed. Went in today. Gave them all my information. I was surprised to hear that setup was $60. Cricket was $5.00. They they said my phone was not eligalbe for the 10 dollar plan.Here is what is wrong with boost mobile. Their are no corporate stores, only private owners, so Let the buyer beware.I could not tell which side of the mouth the guy behind the counter was talking.

I have been at this location on Middlebelt and 7 mile since the new owners took over a number of times since Kevin and Roland left and I am always disappointed. Today, Wednesday, July 15th, 2020 was my last day. They are so rude in there. I walked in and there are two men sitting behind the desk. One was helping a lady with her phone services or whatever. The other one was sitting behind the desk just looking on not doing anything. Neither one of them spoke to me or said, Maam, we will be right with you or anything. I stood there for a good ten minutes while the one-man helped the lady. It looked like he was finishing her up, but the phone rang and he starts answering questions and having a conversation with the customer on the phone, while Im standing RIGHT THERE in the store for that whole time and no one acknowledged me. That was it for me. So I walked out. Not one of them, not even the one that was sitting there doing nothing yelled out to say anything to me to see what I wanted or needed. I dont care what yall say about Kevin and Roland. I have been with Boost Mobile for many, many years. Well over ten years as a matter of fact. And when this location opened up with Kevin and Roland, that was the location that I always went to, even going out of my way because Kevin and Roland were always nice. They always welcomed you. I dont care how busy they were. They ALWAYS went out their way. For these two men today, to just let me stand there the whole time and never acknowledge me, but then pick up the phone and talk to someone thats calling in, was VERY RUDE. I will NEVER go back in there again. I will go out of my way to go to another location. This place customer service has totally went down since Kevin and Roland left.

My experience with this store was excellent. I was having trouble with my phone and the service tech Steve was able to fix my phone in a quick manner so I could return back to work on time. I would recommend going to this store. I will be going back there from now on. Thank you again for all your help.

Exceptional customer service! Kevin and Roland were very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions in very clear terms and I felt well informed when I left.Kevin made changes to my phone so it works more efficiently for my needs. He also updated my plan which included a lower rate.I have been with Boost for many years. I have always been pleased with their products, service and personnel.Great encounter! Thank you!

Pretty atrocious customer service. That employee, Alex, really needs to go. Not sure if this is his first job out of high school or if hes just generally immature, but raising your voice at confused customers certainly doesnt solve anything. Hes not helpful, confrontational, and is bringing the business down.I was in the store twice recently trying to diagnose a network connectivity issue - both times I sat there for about 30 minutes and nothing was accomplished. I decided to leave on the second visit since Alex decided to have a verbal altercation with an adjacent customer.Extraordinarily unprofessional, poor service, poor carrier. Save yourself a lot of time and hassle - spend a couple extra bucks and choose an actual cellular service provider.

Ive gone in to see Roland previously when my phone went out and he was simply great! He saved it the first time a couple of years ago; but this time it seemed hopeless. So, I decided to get something new and Roland was so helpful, informative and patient with me. I could have purchased something only because they had an online only special; however, I felt it was worth it going into the store due to the stellar service I received. I highly suggest you visit this store for great service!!

I came in because I was tired of getting the run around with Metro. Sean was amazing! He took his time explaining the differences between phones to me so I could make an informed choice and stay within my budget. He didnt try and upsell me on anything which I really appreciated. I will be coming back, even If its just to pay my bill. Thank you again Sean!

Professional efficient and courteous from start to finish.10 Star rating. As a new customer I was amazed that a no contract full service cell provider is so spectacular.Superior selection of products, Extremely well organized accessories for your phone brand and model. He even gave a free case and a free month of insurance, yes free.Sprint Network for $50 a month unlimited data, text, Voice everything. No contract.DO NOT go to the 5 mile & Inkster store. Unless low rent ghetto trash is what you prefer. Unfortunately I made this mistake and left ASAP.I came to this location on Middlebelt between 7 & 8 mile rd.The owner Roland will greet you with a smile and handshake, and ensure your satisfaction with your phone and service. In a word....Stupendous!

Bought a phone from someone online and met them at boost to make sure the phone was ok to be turned on before I bought the phone. The guy that worked there said it could and I paid the 259 for the phone. They Said they could and they turned my phone OFF.. after I paid the guy and he left they told me the phone couldn’t be used!!!! Don’t ever go there

Not a great help. Upgrading was better to change companies, it was cheaper to get a whole new phone and case and screen gladss protector and great service at metro PCs at gr River and beech daily!

Roland is great. I dont have one single complaint. Actually all the guys are great. They are always smiling. They are courteous and understanding. Ive never had a bad rep, they go above and beyond what is needed. In todays world that is greatly appreciated. We are more than $. We are people to them.The store is always neat, clean, organized. Sometimes they even have music😀This is by far one of the best stores Ive been in. 👌👊👍You guys rock!!!!

Stopped in to talk to kevin to pick up a charge cord for my phone found out he had sold the store who ever had bought it theyve taken over half the merchandise out hardly anything in the store no bluetooth no nothing the guy that was there i asked for a charge cord it was like i interrupted him.so much that he had to get up from his chair to help me i will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE rude staff
