Darnell was incredible, he was able to find promotions on 3 separate phones he was very patient and knowledgeable about everything. If you go to this location request Darnell you will not be disappointed!!

My dad went in to have his new iPhone activated and data transferred over. Considering he has been a customer for over a decade and is a genuine nice guy you would think someone would help him. Nope! Couldn’t even give him instructions on how to. They flat out lied. Said, “I don’t know how to help you” imagine, working in a cellular store and not knowing how to transfer data over. What a joke. I installed an app on his old phone and new one. I had hoped someone would help him start the app and type in the codes etc. I understand not having patience for someone challenged with technology but he is a paying customer and was planning on buying his wife a new phone as well…. This employee couldn’t even inform him how to do this at home and to call to activate the phone. They lied to get him out of the store! Don’t ever go here!!!!!!!

Highly recommend this store if youre in the market for a new phone! Darnell in particular was awesome!! He was patient and thorough and overall a pleasure to interact with!

Darnell was awesome! We walked in wanting to switch our 25 year service plan from att to Verizon at 6pm with 7 new phones and lines. He went above and beyond- stayed almost 3 hours after the store closed to make sure everything was right and perfectly set up- his sales associate Matt assisted and both were awesome! Definitely went above and beyond our expectations!

The store was very clean. Masks and hand sanitizer were provided at the door. Most importantly the worker was very knowledgeable snd was able to easily help me with all my questions. He assisted in picking out a new phone plan, new phone, new case, and new protective equipment. I was very happy with the service

Sajidul was the only individual working on a Saturday morning. I needed a new phone ASAP for work, and was able to get me in and out quickly. Very appreciative of him working with me trying to get our business account open and being patient.

Waited in line for almost 30 minutes to find out they could not process device dollars and did not have the phone I wanted. Bought phone online and it arrived in 2 days.

Great place to buy a phone. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable. They made sure they did everything in their power to get me the best deal(checking for promotions). They did not try to sell me the most expensive phone in the store. They sold me a phone to matched my needs. They were very thorough explaining all the paperwork / costs of the new phone.

I spent an hour in the store with Justin between 5:30 - 6:30. I ordered my phone and got an email that it was ready for pick up at 6:55, called Justin back at 6:57 to see if I could come pick it up. He said if you can get here in 2 minutes, that is fine. I told him I am on my way, I got there at 7:01, the door was still open. I walked in and told me sorry we are closed and refused to help me.

Had an awful experience here yesterday. My teenage son, who earns his own money and can afford his own phone, was refused service outright. He asked to see a specific phone and was told they dont carry it. When he pointed out it was clearly visible in the case, he was told that they couldnt help him today and that he can leave now. No explanation, no Sorry bud, you have to be 18. I hope this was an isolated incident, but theres plenty of other Verizon stores - no need to roll the dice at this one.

Stopped in to just pay my bill and the man working behind the counter was on a phone call, no big deal. Until I realized that he was doing personal things on the phone. I waited for about 10-12 minutes till he said he could help me, he was still on his personal call. He was trying to load into the computer pull my file up, while still chatting with the person on the phone. It was unbelievable and rude. He then went on to tell me incorrect information and was more into his personal things then helping me. He stayed on his personal call the entire time he helped me. I could believe what was going on. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NOT!

Had an absolutely amazing experience and received great customer service from Hani.

Horrible experience. Had to tell the salesperson (Jennifer) at least twice that I wanted the iPhone 6 Plus. They did not have any in their inventory at the time. Two days later I get called by Jennifer and she told me my iPhone 6 has arrived. I told her I wanted the Plus. Had to wait over a week for it to arrive. She also provided wrong information on what I had to do to get out of my current sprint contract. When I wasnt able to make it in by 3pm, she told me thats fine another sales rep will assist. She also entered my mailing address wrong into their system. Drove to the store and was told by the sales rep he couldnt access her account to finish my activation. Long story short the next day Im helped by yet another sales rep to finish my activation. Avoid this store.

I met jake at a royal oak Verizon, I was so impressed I went to his home Verizon store 25 miles away in Livonia. He knows what he is doing.

What a great store. Very friendly and they fixed a problem with my Samsung phone at N/C. The manager fixed a plan that I had that saved me money on my plan.

Worst purchasing experience of my life! It took me 8 trips to the store and 5 hours to get a working phone. On 2 different days I was there during regular business hours and they were not open. One time there was a salesman behind the counter and walked into the back room when I walked up to the door. They told me I would have a working the phone the next day when the phone they originally sold me didnt work. Took 4 days. They wouldnt exchange it for the same phone in a different color. When I realized that I had $65 in fees for the free tablet they gave me and returned it...which verizon told me to do....I was charged $70 for a restocking fee!!! They would not give me the managers phone number or email....told me the manager would call me. I have not received that call.

This is a franchise store and not a very good one. They price gouge over and above corporate and do not let you know there is a difference until after you buy the phone. When I called and asked for assistance I was met with rude customer service. Just save yourself some trouble and go to a corporate store. They are actually accountable to someone.

I worked with Elio on my most recent trip to this Verizon store and it was great! He helped me make the decision between an iPhone 8 and iPhone X, without pressuring me or making me feel like he was trying to sell me something. He then took the time to backup my old phone, set up my new phone, and even helped me sync my new phone to the bluetooth in my car! He was professional, polite, patient, and kind. I couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you Elio!

Sales rep was friendly however in the end we left with two phones we had to return which we did before the 14 day deadline on account of the incompetence of the staff. We were unable to be refunded all of our money. So no phones and money taken from us, countless hours wasted and being blamed for the ignorance and incompetence of the staff. This is a franchise, save yourself the misery GO TO A CORPORATE STORE
