Replaced the screen on my daughters iPad. First time we’ve had a broken screen and they really saved the day. Got it fixed the same day and were super friendly. Thank you very much! iPad and screen look great!

Very cheap screens and only a temporary fix. I paid to get the screen replaced on my iPhone XS max, around two weeks later I dropped the phone once with a screen protector on and case, and it completely shattered. I figured it was my fault so I went back and got it replaced again, dropped it may be 3 feet with a screen protector on (from this store) and case and the screen cracked again leaving the screen protector perfectly intact but the screen damaged. I decided not to go back and just order a replacement kit on Amazon and the screen is 100x stronger and was super easy to replace and half of the price. Do not waste your money here.

Wow! This is by far the best place to go if you need your cell phone fixed. The owner is amazing! Stopped in based on a referral from a friend and he fixed my daughters iPhone8 (she dropped it) so fast. He actually diagnosed two different issues and knew exactly what needed to be done to repair the phone. I had already stopped at two other stores (Apple and Verizon) and both were a waste of time and just wanted me to buy new phones. Its so refreshing to work with a small business owner who knows his craft! I have been here multiple times and am always satisfied. He resurrected my iPhone after I left it on top of my car and it fell onto Telegraph Rd. After that phone died (over a year later) I purchased a refurbished iPhone from his selection and hes also fixed that one. Prices are always reasonable and service is always excellent. Great store very friendly they help me with my problem I need an update for my system because I put in a new hard drive didnt know I needed a USB flash drive when an update on it but they help me with that but just for an update they charged me $70 which I think was very high just for a download but they do get some old school games in there Im definitely going to check out all in all great place 👍

My friend suggested Wireless Guru & Game Swap as a place she takes her phones to be repaired. She said they were less than everywhere else and great to deal with. I didnt want to have a phone that needed to be repaired due to a cracked screen or anything, but kept them in mind. On Christmas day my son had something fall on his phone and cracked the screen. I went to Wireless Guru & Game Swap and they had it fixed within 5 minutes for around half of what the Apple Store wanted to repair it. It came out to around $63 total out the door. The staff was super friendly and I couldnt have asked for better service. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and they were helpful from start to finish. If you have a cracked screen go see them! I dont know what else they do as far as phone repair, but call them before you take your phone anywhere else. I asked if he had a bag I could put my sons phone in since I had other places to go and I didnt want it scratched up in my pocket since the protective case was at home. He got a bubble wrap bag that was the perfect size for the phone to put it in. Thats just the cherry on top of a great customer service experience. They didnt just put it in some plastic or paper bag. They put it in something that would protect it on the trip home. I could go on and on raving about them, but will let you stop reading so you can go there now.

My iPad Air 2 screen was shattered. $130 to replace it. They did not have it in stock but replaced it by the next day. Nice job. My iPhone screen protector cost $15 to be replaced. I would recommend Wireless Guru if you need your electronic device screen repaired.Update Jan 11, 2021 The screen protector has done it job in that it cracked instead of my phone screen when I dropped it. It seems my original screen protector survived more trauma than this protector, but I can’t complain.

This place has amazing service and they are very nice here. They fixed my iPhone 5s screen for a good price compared to the standard way of getting it fixed by Apple. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and he also gave me a free screen protector as I was a first time customer! Really nice people, I fully recommend this place to anyone who had an unlucky day and dropped their phone. Also if you want some cool nostalgic and retro games they have a ton of those and consoles for them as well! All around awesome place and experience.

I needed a new screen for my iPhone6. I found Wireless Guru after a Google search for local repair services and I was immediately impressed by their reviews. My experience was the same. The service was fast & friendly and the price was unbeatable. The repair only took a few minutes and I was on my way. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs.

I will never go anywhere else for cell phone repairs! I had a mishap this morning involving my back pocket and toilet and had water damage on my iPhone 6. I called right when they opened and Steve said to bring my phone in so they could look at it. I drove right over and Steve assisted me right away. He not only replaced my screen and damaged plate but explained what the issue was and was very personable and friendly. He is skilled and did the repair himself and said to bring the phone back in if I experience any other issues.My camera was also damaged by the moisture and they didnt have any cameras in stock but told me they would order one today and have it in TOMORROW! So I will be visiting again for that.Thank you Steve!! You have a great shop and surpassed my expectations when it came to third party cell phone repair businesses. I went to Wireless Guru after trying to get my sons iPhone repaired at two other places with no luck. It had dropped and come apart on the top right corner. We were told at the Apple store it would be $299 to replace it under warranty, and by AT & T that we would have to use our insurance with a $200 deductible because it could not be repaired. In under 2 minutes Steve at Wireless Guru had my sons phone repaired! We were absolutely thrilled! He was friendly and professional and we will definitely go back!!!

Good place for screen repairs. Not for fixing water damage phonesI took my phone here after I dropped my phone in the toilet. After 3 days of it trying to fixed, they said they couldn’t fix it and to try to charge the phone. They did not charge me which was nice. I let my phone charge for a week (I was on vacation) and nothing.Then I saw a review on here that someone took it to another place nearby, and that place fixed it. I did that and that place fixed my phone in about 2 days. They said that wherever I took it before did not fully clean my phone and they could tell because some parts weren’t unattached (I think that was the word for it).This place is good for screen repairs (my dad came here when I was younger to fix my ipod). As for water damage... take it somewhere else. Also, my last name isn’t Paris (middle name), so I promise I was a real customer here

Dealt with Steve on two occasions for two different iPhone repairs. He was Very professional, and did the repairs quickly while we waited. He explains the repair(s) and does not try to upsell you at every turn. This has to be the best local facility to repair your devices and you often dont have to be without your device for any extended period of time.

Went in to get the charging port on my phone fixed, as I had done previously at a different store. Instead of charging me $50 and keeping my phone for a week as the other store had done, the owner promptly removed the lint that had built up within the port. He didnt charge me a cent and encouraged me to come back if it ever happens again. I would highly recommend based on their honesty alone.

Great Place! My girlfriend and I went there because we heard from a friend that they were awesome at fixing damaged screens on phones. We took her iPhone 4s with a shattered screen there and was welcomed by a very friendly staff. The guy fixed the phone within 10 minutes and was very personable. The price for repair was $80. You could go online and get the new screen for $30 or so, but that is often from China or another foreign country. Plus the touch pad is often refurbished when purchasing from these countries. The parts they used to fix the phone were brand new parts. I think paying the extra money for new parts and quick installation was a steal!Aside from walking out with a new screen and a happy girlfriend, I also walked out with a James Bond 007 N64 game! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reputable place to get their phone fixed or looking for used video games. The thing I liked most about the guy was that he was very honest. If it was cheaper to do something else, he would tell you to do it. A happy customer is a returning customer.As for the lady in the review previously, the phone may have had other issues. Sometimes that isnt understood until the screen is repaired. I think it sounded more like a bad situation than him trying to screw you.

The back screen of my iPhone 4 has been cracked for a while, and I had resigned to the fact that my screen was cracked and camera foggy. I found wireless guru and game swap online and stopped by their store. For $50 (plus tax) it was as good as new in literally FIVE minutes. Really skeptical of repair places but this place repaired my ps4 to perfection. I was referred by disc replay and they put their faith in the right people. A+ experience.

Perfect experience going there. Not only was the glass cracked but the inside was messed up too so I couldnt even slide my phone open because of the screen. Thought it was going to be expensive and not-fixable but Steve fixed it right in front of me in about 5 minutes and it was under $90. My phone actually works better than before now. Absolutely recommend going there.
