Don’t waste your time with in store pickup orders from this store. They sell items for pickup online and allow you to pay for it. Once you get there to pick it up, they will tell you it’s all sold out and not available. Employees could care less and act like it’s your fault. Im never wasting my time or money with this location again.
Came up looking for some pokémon cards, the sign on the front of the building says open until 8pm and it also says it online. i walked up at 730, so the store should be open for another 30 minutes. nope, young lady in the store just looked at me and motioned that they were closed as she talked on her phone. unprofessional. needs better employees that don’t close the store down early.
During this trying time, the staff there has been so friendly and helpful. I went up there just after New years to buy the Switch for my kids and I had them with me. Im very protective of them during these times of health crisis so I was very leery about bringing them into the store with me. There happened to be no other customers so I brought my children in, of course the Switch was out of stock but I let the kids pick out a game anyways. The staff was so patient with my kids questions (they are 9&5yrs old) even as goofy and random as the questions were and they helped them pick out the perfect game for their age and it was even a multiplayer so they could play together. They even suggested a night light when my youngest said he was afraid of the dark (which he isnt lol) and it was Boo from Super mario bros. The fact they included my children and made them feel special was a major plus in my book!
Wanted to share a experience here. A small while ago I made a purchase of a few games, accessories, and 1 preorder for a ps5 game, with a trade in. For my trade credit I specifically stated verbally each and every cent. Also explained that I did not want credit towards todays purchase or to have any subscription of any kind. Well, what happened is after I said no, another worker attempted to gain a club membership asking at minimum 10 times, then the manager did the exact same. I was irritated that they could not accept no as an answer. When I came back for my preorder should have had approx a 20$ balance but I was told I owed 70$. I reviewed everything and I had insurance on games, money deducted from accessories that I didnt noticed because of how high the bill was. The manager said she was not the manager, while another said they were in charge when it was not true. Told to take my problems somewhere else. I called customer care and was promised something they never actually gave me for the experience. I was reminded of why I should never shop at gamestop.
My kids love coming here. They always have used games in new condition. I like the t-shirts.

Good collection of games and very helpful staff. Their toys collection is pretty good too. The prices you get for your old games us pretty low but it is easier than selling them on eBay. The staff are super helpful and are very knowledgeable. The prices are not always as low as it is online and thats a bummer
Great store, I was dreading going in so close (2 Days) after Christmas, and the line was really long, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The employees where like a fine tuned machine while also giving a personalized experience. I will be back for sure!
Came up here to sell my Xbox one and Paris has great customer service skills. He is very knowledgeable and is very helpful when it comes to knowing about games as well as the consoles. Been to this GameStop several times and every time I have had a good experience.
Staff was knowledgeable about the games and my son really enjoyed the experience. Gave 4 stars because the clerk accidentally rang me up for something i did not purchase. So i have to return for a refund.

The store is straight but GameStop in general is just dog doo doo. They should’ve been out of business a while ago. Don’t buy anything Pre-Owned they don’t check to see if the games even actually work. So you’re buying a broken game. If you need to buy games or accessories go to Amazon, Target, shoot even Walmart. ANYWHERE but GameStop

Pretty typical Game stop experience. A lot of headaches for the uninitiated but a lot of that isnt based on the store its based on company policy. Most recently I put a deposit on a game and they havent bothered to call me even though the game came out 2 weeks ago (I ended up downloading it digitally because my work schedule right now doesnt allow me time to actually pick it up) so Ill have to see what they say when I come in for my deposit back. I was also sold a bad headset but at least they didnt give me a problem when I returned it same day. Ive also had them wait on customers who got in line after me and stop waiting on me to wait on someone else or answer phone. Used games are Gamestops only real draw anymore.

I have three different Game stop stores by me and this is my favorite one. They have a friendly staff and a clean store. Well organized too.
I have been out on hold on the phone for 20 min just to be hung up on me. Called again and again waited 10 minutes. In the meantime I drove to store to see how the cashier puts the next poor soul on hold. When confronting him he let the colleague apologize for him. Did not have the decency to do it for himself. We never know how long it takes to get back is no way to treat customer. That was the last time I came to this store. All I wanted was to check if something was in stock.Took 30s to answer that.
Very helpful staff and a good selection
This place is terrible. I preordered a game only to be told they didnt have my copy because they werent shipped enough and I had to give up all preorder bonuses. My only option was to wait for a copy to be sent in so had to buy a digital copy. If I wanted a digital copy I wouldve preordered a digital copy and already had the game installed. Thanks for wasting my time

The manager Alex is just a joke. I never met someone that tries to one up a customer. Your attitude is unprofessional. GameStop needs to revaluate the management process and who they hire. This is why they had store closings this year poor performing stores due to bad service.

Placed a pre-order for the new skylanders back in the spring and when we called to check on it was informed the pre-order was never placed. But they placed a pre-order for a game we dont play and for a system we dont own. I will never go to this location ever again. Thankfully amazon had the items and amazon saved my sons Christmas. I have been a customer of game stop for over 11yrs and this location is the worst I have ever felt with. I will be suggesting that this location be avoided!! Also this stores staff does not seem to have the knowledgeable staff other locations have.
Management changed not too long ago and ever since then, employees have been acting confused and unsure about their jobs. Maybe they are not getting walk throughs about their store duties? One young man had no idea on what to do for a trade in. Another blonde girl was very stressed about something.

Terrible service. i tried to sell a game and the guy refused because michigan pawn law states to have a valid license 1: its not a pawn shop..2: it doesnt stop the 100 other gamestops from helping me.
