Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with. We had a few little bumps along the way, but everything was addressed and came together as it should. Pricing was fair and they got a great price on the granite we chose! I would gladly do business with them again.

New granite countertops and backsplash are beautiful. Had damaged bumppy wall and the granite backsplash made space look amazing. Had off center plumbing and they managed to center new sink under window. The installers did beautiful work. Bonus... workers cleaned up and very polite.

Ellis came out to repair an issue with my countertop yesterday which was caused at no fault of his workmanship (an exterior wall separated from the counter after my new home settled).He was one of the best contractors Ive ever worked with.His communication was open and honest around the risks he anticipated and issues he encountered, and both his schedule and process. The quality of his work was of the highest order - he was careful and meticulous in both preventing further damage and resolving the issue. He went over and above in how he resolve the issue, even performing the carpentry work so that it was fully resolved yesterday without needing the builder to send another contractor to come out to adjust a small piece of trim on the cabinet effected by the gap.I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Horrible Project Manager - Damirela DedicIm so sad that the business hired an unprofessional person as the Project Manager. I had a very horrible experiences with her this morning. My right hand fingers got hit and was bleeding by the granite slab when I was walking with her in the warehouse to chose a slab. No warm and care words, just throwing the bandages to me. I went to the urgent care and called her back. Since Im still feel pain and not able to grab things. She was yielding at me at the phone end and then sending me the signed responsible-wavier sheet. Do you know how to nicely treat people? Are you working with a machine? So be careful, youll pay for the money and blood by dealing with her.

You are greeted at the door and get to meet everyone. Great experience. Their work is flawless and know the tricks of the trade; fast and efficient.

Have done business with the company for several years and they are dependable, clean and courteous BUT most of all there work and customer service is second to none! I recommend Best Granite to everyone.
