Shaynna Dubrinsky at KSI in Livonia was recommended to us for our extensive kitchen remodeling project. The project involved knocking down walls and completely changing the floorplan and layout of the kitchen.Shaynna was FANTASTIC to work with throughout the entire process. She had great ideas and was able to incorporate our ideas and must haves. Cabinet and countertop selection went great! Our carpenter and installer was very impressed with Shaynnas insight, planning, measurements, and plans. There was significant demo and prep...and the plans, construction, and cabinets came together PERFECTLY! What started as a vision became a reality!We are looking forward to again working with Shaynna on a Master Bathroom remodel.

Nicki was our salesperson, she was great to work with. She did a great job of designing our kitchen.There was a few problems (which there always is) and she took care of them. My wife and I are very happy with our kitchen cabinets.

My wife and Grandmother went there today to inquire about cabinets and other items for our kitchen. After being in the store for 30 minutes no one acknowledged them, never greeted them or said anything. The store was not busy and there were other employees sitting around. Terrible customer service at the Livonia location.

KSI was and continues to be a truly gratifying experience, that surely was due in large part to Lindseys ability! Her understanding of the complete nature of a kitchen remodel that could only be gained through experience is what first comes to mind. Her patience with me and my extended timeline are a close second. Her redesign of the floor plan to include a sitting area as well as additional counter top space adjacent to the range makes perfect use of a somewhat modest/limited dimension. I would not hesitate to recommend Lindsey.

Lindsey Griner at KSI Livonia is the best! The entire process from design to completion was superb. Lindsey listened carefully to my ideas and helped me transform my outdated kitchen into a dream kitchen. She has a great eye for design and colors and offered great suggestions. She was prompt in returning my calls and emails. As the remodel process started, there were some structural issues that required a quick re-design with the already custom ordered cabinets. The final design is actually better than the original!!! I am extremely happy with the professionalism and attention to all my needs. I would highly recommend using Lindsey for your design needs at KSI. I will be calling her in a few months for a bathroom remodel as well. Thank you Lindsey!

Cabinets took over three months to arrive......unacceptable

KSI is a wonderful team to work with. Brianna was the design consultant who worked with us. A couple of years ago, we got a single bath cabinet and she was invaluable in guiding us to decide on the cabinet to meet our needs and fit into the room decor. She explained the differences between different cabinet options and we made our selection. The cabinet is terrific and I can honestly say I appreciate it each day. I am now in progress of remodeling the kitchen. Good fortune for me that Brianna is still a consultant. She worked with me again to check the layout, offered great suggestions, and did an in home measurement. The resulting design is much more functional that my original plan and she offered great help selecting a counter top which is minimal maintenance and integrates well with the counters. Cabinets are on order and Im in process of preparation. The shop gets very busy at times and I know why. By the way, my cabinet choice is DuraSupreme. I really like the product.

It was a pleasure working with Lindsey, our designer. She took our sketchy vision and designed gorgeous, functional rooms. (We had a kitchen and bathroom done at the same time.) Gregg, the contractor, beautifully executed the design, took care of all the details and maintained the promised timeline. Jim, KSIs Install Manager, was very responsive, even calling us from home on a weekend when I stopped by KSI with a concern. We recommend KSI wholeheartedly and look forward to working with them again when we are able to tackle additional outdated bathrooms.

We cannot praise KSI enough for our beautiful new kitchen. We worked with Joe P at the Livonia location and he did an amazing job designing our new layout and suggesting the best features. After getting four different quotes, we were afraid that KSI would be out of our budget as they were the best and most professional during the quote process, but were pleased to find their prices were competitive. In addition to great service from Joe, our installer Tim was outstanding! From the plumbing and electrical to the install of the cabinets, he did a perfect job with everything and finished right on time! We cannot recommend KSI enough (and Joe + Tim). We would give them 7 stars if we could!

Went in for an appointment and got an idea of what we wanted. The lady seemed as though she was trying to price us out telling us you have to make sure this is the house if youre going to make this investment. Whatever. We made an appointment to see what they could put together. About two weeks later we show up for the appointment with cash for a payment to get things started. This salesperson Zey Hilla has no clue who we are and asks if she made an appointment with us. She goes in the back and sends the secretary out to ask us our names... obviously so she can look for our file because she doesnt remember us. Zey comes out and asks if she can come to our home and apologizes that she forgot. When you want to charge 20 -30 grand to remodel someones bathrooms you shouldnt forget that they are coming. This place needs to hire some new people or something. Go elsewhere there are better people out there
