I used this company for our countertops. They had called me to ask if I would be okay using a different counter top piece in a small area. I said no. They came back a week later to install the smaller area and installed a different counter piece than the rest of my counters. When I expressed my frustration with the company, they simply did not reply to me. Very disappointed. They did a great job on the rest of my kitchen but I think its absolutely ridiculous that you just install something that I did not pay for without even asking and knowing that I already did not want different pieces? Do not use this company!

From the initial contact to the end result Aaron and his team did a great job. They helped us pick out the correct product, that we love, did a great job installing and the price was quite reasonable

We used this company to replace a marble countertop with granite. we found them on a Facebook ad.  the owner and his FB seller came in and took measurements.  We drove to the granite and marble facility and selected a piece, but then we were up-sold on a more expensive granite, costing us $72 per foot. When they came to install, the slab was different than what we marked. We were told the slab got cracked during the cut which is the reason they gave us a different area of the granite.  When my husband arrived within the hour, he inspected it and noticed that the piece was cracked and glued.  We called immediately and sent photos. The guy who sold it to us said to please not stop payment on the check and that he will talk to the owner and get back to us.  a couple of days later, we called again, and he apologized and said the owner was on vacation and will make it right and he will get back to us in a week, then the week took 2 weeks, then we called again, only to get the owner who started yelling at us, calling us names, telling us to go to hell and then hung up the phone on us.

They came to measure for my kitchen granite countertop. Told me it was such a small job, to order such a big slab. Talked me into a bathroom countertop. Gave me a probable estimateI said ok. I rushed to pick it out at Mont. In the end they wanted to charge me double the price and promised me a date of 4 days. Guess what It ended up 2 and a half.weeks laterPlus they didnt even caulk after installation. I will not use or recomend to anyone.

We have be using black Mountain Granite on a LOT of Clients projects( 1-2 per week) Pricing is great, service is exceptional and Aaron makes the process stress free for them which I greatly appreciate!
