I traveled 10 miles west to store my items here, and let me tell you, it was worth it. Ive heard so many horror stories about critters and neighbors and everything that could go wrong with storage. I experienced none of that. Even when I was late with my payments, I never felt the threat of loosing what was precious enough for me to store. I enjoyed every interaction with staff. I think her name is Jessica...and everytime we spoke she treated me with the utmost respect and care. I appreciate that..sometimes when we need to use resources like storage space, our lives are in major disarray...so having someone patient and kind while you are trying to get things ( literally ) in order is so helpful! Thank you so much!

Love this storage facility. It is clean and convenient. The lady in the office( I believe her name is Carol) is always upbeat and helpful.

I was finally able to move out of my storage unit, but lost my key! Jessica contacted a locksmith for me, set up an appointment, and showed up to work early to assist with the process. I can’t say enough good things about Jessica’s kindness and professionalism.This young lady embodies the qualities that any company would look for in an employee.

The storage unit was clean and secure. Easy to access and easy to add and remove items. I would rent here again if needed.

The staff were always very helpful and responsive. I was able to leave a key to the storage unit with them in case I lost mine. The facility is very clean and dry, They also have carts and other moving equipment available to help when moving in or out of the unit. I had never rented a storage unit before and am happy to say it was a positive experience!

Its a storage unit. Nothing to get excited about. No lights in the units. Thats pretty cheesy. The rat traps on the outside of the building dont exactly inspire confidence.

National Storage Center in Livonia is the best because of the manager and her organization and cleanliness of the facility. The manager Rachel is so professional and knowledgeable, showed us multiple units to compare and helped us choose the right unit for us. I would highly recommend using this Livonia location & Rachel for all your storage needs. It is climate controlled, secure, easily accessible and has other amazing amenities. Rachel proved to go out of her way for us and offered the top notch customer service that made choosing this facility a very easy decision.

We have been using this storage unit for a couple of years or more. Access is conveniently available 7 days a week. The facility is always secure, clean and well lit. There are always carts available for bringing in new items or removing old items.

I just recently rented a 10 x10 climate control unit from National Storage on Merriman Rd in Livonia. The expert staff made me feel at ease. The registration process was quick and the review of the unit and helpful guidance made the unit selection simple. The facility is clean, secure and very functional with Elevators for 2nd floor units, large hallways for easy moving and dollies and hand trucks available to assist in loading and unloading. With many storage facilities to choose from, I would definitely recommend first checking National for your storage needs.
