I had the opportunity to speak with Brandy today concerning my mom’s account. Brandy was able to walk me through the steps needed to be able to start making payments on my mom’s account. Prior to calling I was feeling frustrated and confused but she was very calming and reassuring! I’ve been in management in several large call centers and was also a quality team lead and when I say Brandy is a true asset..... Believe it!!! She possesses the kind of exceptional customer service quality that is missing in a lot of establishments. I had a excellent experience.

I went to get my 3rd unit today 3/24/14. Janine explained it might be more cost effective to combine 2 of the smaller units into 1 larger one .She said whenever I get the manpower together to assist me, she would be happy to help me transfer. This is a nice storage area. Buildings are spaced well, no trouble driving past other tenants, even with a trailer. Amy at the front desk was professional and helpful and got me registered in a timely manner. She offered clear explanations of promotions and payment schedules and gave excellent notes on due dates and amounts.

The property is a in a great location too for me (right off the expressway and on my way to/from the airport).

Shirlina was great. She took time to explain the different options and was very accommodating when I changed my mind in terms of storage size.

I got in on a promotion that made their unit the cheapest in the area for the size. But, now a few months into the lease they’ve raised the rate by 21% - that’s a pretty steep increase out of nowhere. I hate I fell for the old bait and switch; I hate even more that they pulled it. I’ve used storage facilities before and this didn’t happen, so I’ll be moving my things from this location and will likely not use this one again.

The Newburgh Road, Livonia, MI Public Storage provides excellent service. The facility is very clean, and the managers, Janine and Amy, are efficient, polite, and professional. I appreciated a courtesy call from Janine reminding me of a payment due during the grace period. My experience with Property #26421 has been trouble free, and I highly recommend them.

Amy was extremely patient with my request to walk the property and view multiple units. All my questions were followed up with respectable answers. My only complaint is the lengthy questions and signature/initialing required. 20 plus minutes from the time I committed to the unit to the time I walked out the door. CORPORATE LISTEN UP! Im not buying a house. The paper work is too much. Amy is great- you need a system that doesnt freeze up and is timely. I appreciate your service and will highly recommend to all family and friends. Well i am giving a 5 star rating to Lisa. she was very upbeat, great to talk to. she truly listened to what i was saying. i got an increase letter in my email, so i called to complain on yet the 5th increase in 3.75 years, to have her asks a few questions and agree to submit for no increase. she said it could take a couple of days, but it did not we hung up and with in 20 minutes she had the price $1 less than my current rate. Kudos to you Lisa. 5 star customer service.

I moved from Florida to Michigan and spoke to AMY prior to my move, I reserved an outside drive up unit and she assured me it would be available for me when I got there and it was, even though she did not have to hold that particular unit for me. The day I went to sign the paperwork I was really stressed out and and not in too friendly of a mood but AMY remained very friendly and professional. A week later my truck arrived with things, and when they loaded my stuff into the unit the truck driver noticed one of the wall panels in the unit was completely loose and unhinged and could possibly allow someone from the unit next door entryinto my unit, needless to say I was REALLY stressed about that, AMY came to the unit, took photos, wrote up an emergency work order and called the manager immediately to expedite the work order, AND Amy called me several times over the next 2 days to reassure me that she was working on getting the issue corrected, and she did. I would definitely recommend this facility, totally due to AMY being the Very Nice and Professional that she is even though I was not as nice as I should have been to her ! Thank You Again Amy !!

I went into this Public Storage location on a Sunday (2/2/14) and Amy was tremendously helpful. Im big on customer service and she was calm, patient, courteous and friendly. As a person coming back to Michigan, it felt awesome to come across a friendly face. Amy even took the time to go through everything patiently and was extremely detailed. I reserved a unit a week before my moving company was to deliver so that I was prepared. All I needed to do was bring my own lock the day they arrived. I pulled into the parking lot to see their representative rush to a car and speed off. Figuring someone else would be around I didnt worry. But there wasnt anyone else. And now Im standing outside their door waiting for someone to come back with a moving van and their crew besides. Oh, and it isnt some odd hour. It was just before 3pm when I pulled up.Its also worth noting that the company requires its sales associates to solicit reviews specifically on Google and are rated based on the reviews they can solicit. This means that many of the reviews are likely written just after the rental agreement is signed and not after any true experience.

I had to use Public Storage while in-between moves. Although I only rented storage space for a short period, I often had to visit the storage shed to retrieve items that I accidentally packed. The location is very convenient, the pricing is fair, the access and security is very good. I have no complaints at all, and should I ever need storage space again, I will likely return to Public Storage.

I called the reservation number and found out about the Memorial Day Special at the Public Storage on Newburgh Rd in Livonia, MI. Janine Micallef, the Manager immediately called me to confirm my reservation and provide me with more detailed information about the Special. I liked what I was hearing and my husband and I went to visit the facility that same day. Kim, the Floating Manager, explained their terms and took us to our unit. The facility is immaculately clean, the terms fair and the customer service is top notch. I have always been impressed with Public Storage and even more so after visiting the Newburgh location Store #26421. They are technologically advanced and run a very efficient site. I like all the conveniences, like paying my bill on line. On a scale from 1 - 10, we give them 10+
