I cannot say enough about the courtesy and the hospitality that the manager there in Livonia shows me every time I deal with her. Her name is Teri!!! The first time I rented from her facility was for a long period Of time over 4 years. And I was very very satisfied with her service. times have become tough Ive had to utilize another storage facility because of an unforeseen problem that occurred with my housing situation. I called Teri she remembered me she made me feel good about myself in the situation that I was in. I will always recommend any of my family and friends to that location even if its out of their way because of the service she will give them! Way to go Teri keep up the good work!

Family has used in the past and it was a good storage option so I went back when I was looking for a unit. Very friendly owners, located conveniently near 96 and Merriman which logistically puts it near the best access roads in the area. No complaints.

Family has been using them for years. Gave them a try and had no complaints. Staff was helpful, prices were fantastic, units where a good size, and the location being near 96 was more the convenient. Will keep using

Excellent experience. The husband and wife duo here are so helpful...they both have a genuine helpful spirit and are both funny. I had to store my stuff here before my new home was ready and they made this experience fast, convienant, and effortless. And they have specials for AAA members and non members that 15 dollars star buck card always makes u smile on the way out along with half off 1st month rent. This is the Disney experience of customer service.

I have store here before and came back. The same manager was there. They let me use the truck for 19.00 which was nice since I was moving in a hurry.

Convenient location near I96. Keyless entry for main yard and each unit has its own lock. Prices are reasonable, people are nice. It is not 24 hour access and I wish it could be.

The owners are friendly and prices arent bad.... Theres cheaper rates nearby tho... Also, the access isnt 24 hours... Only thing that really got me is there are mice in the units.......
