Friendly work environment where Management staff and warehouse employees work together cohesively as a team to achieve company goals. The company puts its employees first and promotes from within the organization. I have worked there as an outside contractor for 4 going on 5 years and have been treated like one of their own. The company is always hiring ( thru Kelly Services for the warehouse) and I would highly recommend Pratt Industries to anyone locally who is looking for work in a warehouse environment.

Upper management doesnt know how to treat their employees correctly. Very underhanded when you try to force someone to resign for essentially asking for a raise because people are grossly underpaid there and then you fire them after telling them what a great employee they were. Only to see the exact position you were vying for posted 3 weeks later for more money. You people make no sense! How do you look in the mirror everyday. Beware to future applicants.
