The customer service both by phone and email was fantastic...and I had A LOT of questions. I will placing a reorder again really soon.

Went in store to get a better ideal of what products would be useful to me before ordering online! Worst customer service ever! Went in asked a few questions about some of the products on display. The front desk girl didnt ask if I needed help. When I did ask questions, she couldnt give me an answer or bother asking anyone or just looking it up. Smh! Waste of time going here. Had a fantastic experience with Krista and the team at Tyndell Photographic. I purchased their 5 x 7 Photo Case in Steel with a custom white foil deboss of our company logo. The steel color is a sleek dark gray with a slight brushed shimmer to it. It is made of a durable thick cardstock with clean lines. The foil deboss was exactly what I was looking for and provides a sophisticated level of branding to the piece. In addition to the photo cases, I purchased black tissue inserts and white elastic stribbon to complete the look. The team at Tyndell was very attentive and personal. I was able to connect with the designer directly to discuss logo size and placement for the absolute best result. I will absolutely purchase from them in the future.
