Staff was amicable as well as the service team. The service team was also prompt with repairs I would say. Overall, I was inspired to not cut corners anymore and really stick to performing repairs myself though after seeing that invoice. If you do not have the time or patience to do them yourself and you have some extra momey lying around to throw away, sure, head here!

Today went better than I went in expecting. I told Erik my needs and he found a vehicle newer than what I was initially looking for. I also was able to leave with the vehicle today and that was definitely not what I was expecting! I appreciate the experience I had today.

From start to finish John Madden and the entire facility were bending over backwards for me. It all started when I found a Jeep I was in LOVE with, but it was in Rochester. John went out of his way to get the jeep to be to see the same day! After hours! He didnt have to do that, but he did! Monday morning, even being a holiday, the detail department did an amazing job removing decals that were not my favorite- you would never even know they were on the car!The finance department actually cared to get me approved at a rate that they thought was fair-not just approved. Like I said I was in on a holiday, but they didnt give up until they were satisfied with the results, which made me so much more comfortable with it all!I would recommend John Madden to ANYONE. My husband and I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership with the help of John Madden. Unfortunately I didnt have a good experience.My car was in the shop for 23 days before it was fixed. It wasnt that they are short staffed or that the parts were on back order. It was the lack of customer service that angered me.At no time was a loner offered to me, I had to call them for updates and I was either sent to voicemail or got disconnected. I feel like I got the traditional dealer treatment, they do anything to sell you a car but good luck should anything go wrong with it......

Tom Hayes was very helpful when I was looking for a new car. He did not pressure us, and answered all my questions. He informed us of a special deal on 2020 Nissan Kicks, which was better than deals at other companies. Once I decided to purchase, he showed me a payment plan with various monthly payment options. This was very helpful to help me budget.Tom made sure my new car was spotless, even getting a detailed to buff out a minor scratch on the hood. I also liked the plan to let me drive the car for a week, after purchase, and then meet with Tom to review features. My recent shopping experience to find a Nissan Titan Pro 4x was, quite frankly, disgusting, disappointing and deplorable over multiple days.....in Rochester. It wasn’t as one person described it as being akin to a root canal. It was more like a colonoscopy! Fortunately for me, I found one on a website in Lockport at West-Herr. I made a phone call and was blessed that John “Coach” Madden answered my call. Within 20 minutes, we had a deal over the phone. It gets better. They prepped the vehicle for me, and upon arrival discovered I had selected a truck that didn’t have EVERYTHING I wanted. Did coach moan and groan to get me to buy it anyway? NO! GM Mykiel Wilkie joined us, and in about 45 minutes presented me with three window stickers, we reviewed them together, and they were all exactly what I wanted! They made the dealer trade and two days later I had my new truck. I needed a Tonneau cover for a long journey. What do they do? Order it, have it shipped to Rochester to West Herr Ford and installed it for me BEFORE I made my trip, as Coach promised. Do yourself a favor, skip Rochester and go see the Coach. I saved THOUSANDS!! If you want honesty, integrity and REAL customer service, Madden and Wilkie will provide it. My car died on me. Toe truck said bad alternator and battery. West Herr found it was just battery. My problem is that they never called to tell me the car was ready. I finally called. Didnt like that I went all day without it when I didnt have to. Other wise everything was good

I recently bought a used Nissan Rogue from a Florida dealership and drove it up the East coast. (Long test drive) I only had one concern. I easily made an appointment with West Herr. I was not informed, however, that there was a diagnostic test fee when I made the appointment. I was not prepared to pay the fee when I got to the appointment. They were understanding about my need to reschedule.
