Been with boost mobile for many years the guy that runs it is always helpful

Always nice when I go in. Never have any problems. Even remember who I am even though I dont come in to pay my bill. Just over all friendly.

Very horrible service said he would fix my screen for $70 and it would take 15 minutes came back with my phone no home that works and my screen brightness doesn’t work. Then still argued with me to pay the $70HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Walked in wanted to upgrade my phone, Rama helped me out and gave me tips on good phones and deals they got going on at the store. Awesome store great customer service.

After receiving horrible customer service from a company called Metro PCS, when trying to choose a new wireless phone service, we researched and sought out Boost Wireless.Living in Lockport,we visited Lock City Wireless. We were greeted by Ryan,the owner,who was very friendly and helpful in getting us set up with a wonderful, reasonably priced phone plan and 2 LG tribute 5 phones. We would highly recommend this store for great service and a low priced wireless plan!

Treats customers well but the high speed data keeps getting worse. Not sure if I would call it high speed data anymore.

Buyer beware stay away from Boost Mobile!!!!!! Ive had service just at the 30-day mark but have nothing but problems since day number 2 of activation. I have to talk to customer service and Technical Support about not being able to get LTE speeds and just getting 3G speeds. We have been reprogramming a phone and other things for the last 3 weeks they have sent me two new SIM cards and have come to the conclusion that it is a manufacturer problem and the manufacturers telling me who is Motorola by the way that I must pay money to send my phone in to get a replacement. and Boost Mobile is telling me its beyond our customer satisfaction guarantee. but I have had this problem since day number 2. Their answer is to give me just a free month of service. So I guess Im stuck with this paper weight for another 30 days and I will be going to a different cell phone company. So just a heads up stay away from Boost Mobile they are not very customer-friendly and they are Crooks!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a metro pcs customer and I heard boost mobile was great....well everyone who told me that was lieing...I had cricket, metro, Verizon.. And boost and boost is the worst service Ive ever had, I HATE IT!!!! So if your looking to switch service in the future dont go to boost!!!!!!

Im always dealing with Universal Wireless for almost 4yrs with horrible customer service & finally another boost store by lock city wireless opened in Lockport NY. My family & I had great customer service & great phone prices from Ryan. I highly recommend this store
