They make all of their own juice, which was a turn off for me at first. After giving them a try I am now a loyal customer. I didnt catch the mans name that works there, but he was super friendly and helpful. Shop local!

The vapes they sell are ok but all four BANSHEE juices me and my wife got have no flavor what so ever not satisfied at all. The the staff is very help full and friendly. Just not happy with the juice.

Best vape shop you’ll find. I refuse to buy juice from anywhere else not because I’m loyal but because other juices do not have that real organic flavor. You won’t be disappointed and your coil will last a lot longer with their juice!

These guys are the best. Very willing to explain the variety of vapes and juices. Every person that I have had take care of me here has gone out of their way to help me with any questions I had. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the juices and the units as well as the other merchandise that they carry. Huuuugggeee variety of vape juices. They have a menu of most of the juices you can get and they will tell you what they taste like. Theres one guy there that I swear has tried every flavor they offer and he will tell you of something is unpopular or he doesnt like the flavor. I needed something that was out of stock and they offered to order another which would have taken 5 or so days and when I said I didnt want to wait that long he took the time to look through everything they had there to see if any were compatible. I wont go to any other vape shop in Lockport. They even signed me up for the free rewards card too. I love getting the texts saying Ive got 25% off anything in the store or a free juice or what ever it happens to be that they reward me with just for buying what Id buy anyways.

Ive been an Aurelia loyalist for over a year now, since shortly after I started vaping. After a couple of people suggested Elite, I decided to cheat on my mainstay vape shop and check out a new place. The staff is friendly and they carry a large selection of hardware. They have a wide variety of house-made flavors too. The Lemon Meringue flavor is wonderful. Theres no reason why I cant support both local vape shops.

What a wonderful shop and Tyler was very patient and answered all of our questions. I really appreciate the knowledge and he cleaned out our tank and showed us how to use our vapor.The flavor selection is great and I got the Orange creamsicle which tastes delicious!!! The have a cool rewards program which gave me a BOGO free bottle of juice and you earn points towards free juice up to free MODs. It is worth paying a little more for the quality.Tyler actually treated us like people and not as if we were a customer. It felt like talking to a friend and my fiance and I were very impressed at the excellent customer service we received.Thank you again Tyler for all of your help and knowledge. We are loyal for life to your store. Awesome vape shop

Today (6/27/15) i traveled out of my way to check out Elite Vapor. I was happy to meet the owner and an employee inside and even happier when they were both able to answer any/every question i had from ingredients of e-juice, to the various questions i had about Mods, Sub-Ohming, tanks and atomizers. For the first time ever (after leaving any vape shop), I felt comfortable knowing that i had spoken to someone who was extremely knowledgeable and NOT just trying to sell me anything from his store. Both the owner and the employee were very friendly and helpful. I was able to try about 10 different e-juices (Couldve tried more!) and then purchased some very reasonably priced e-juice from them. The owner made me feel 1,000% comfortable unlike times i have been nervous in Vapor shops and felt rushed as well. He also informed me that he will be opening up the shop to include a Vapor lounge fit with multiple flat screens, e-hookahs, a cafe style coffee shop, more product showcases and even more products/e-juices than he already carries.
