Drove all the way to Lockport to be met with a sales associate (middle aged white guy) that had zero interest in selling us anything, in fact, I felt that I was interrupting something much more important to him although we were the only customers in the store. We were ready to purchase three rooms of quality furniture for our new house. We took our business elsewhere. Dont bother with this location. Not a bad store...just a bad attitude.

Found everything I needed for a new living room. Helpful when I needed them but didnt follow you around and try to push you into buying. Also they had everything in stock. Everywhere else was 6 to 8 weeks out.

All furniture is great quality. Upon entering friendly sales person greeted me and answered my questions.We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Pies that has survived day to day use and numerous visits from children and grandchildren over the last 12 years.

We went in looking for a recliner. We were VERY impressed with the Sale Associates. They let us browse without hovering continuously and were readily available with any questions we had. Was one of the best experience buying furniture. Would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone and will most likely go back for livingroom furniture in the future.

We purchased two Lazyboy recliners a couple of years ago. One of the chairs developed a problem with the arm becoming loose and floppy. I tried repairing it myself as I figured it was out of warranty. My attempt was unsuccessful. I decided to call Pies to see what could be done. I explained the problem to Marty and he sent his delivery guys out to pick it up to see what could be done. I did not know what the charge would be but figured- it is what it is. Three days later the guys brought back the chair all fixed. When I asked what I owed them, they told me Marty said “ Don’t worry about it”. REALLY ? I thanked the guys profusely as they left. I was floored! THIS is what excellent customer looks like ! Guess where we’ll be going the next time we need furniture ? A no brainer. This kind of service is UNHEARD of these days. Thank you Pies !

Probably would’ve purchased from them but the male working there was insanely rude when we asked about inventory so we decided to give another company our business. Maybe they should rethink their customer service tactics. Also a lot of their furniture looks like they took it out of their dying 98year old grandmothers house. Completely outdated. I’d steer clear of this place.

How is this place still in business? So condencending and pretty much rude. Basicly told me and my wife that we didnt have enough money to buy anything, then walked away.Their loss, Ill not be coming back

Went in to look for recliners, sat in several chairs and tried them out, went all the way to back of store, down the ramp to lower level and not one sales person did I see . Was in the store for around 20 minutes .

This place is terrible. The ceiling was falling apart in areas and the saleswoman was super pushy. The prices were high and the building needs a makeover. Its old and it shows. Ill never go back there again.

Bought some dining room chairs a few years ago and just flipped one over to find that some bolts were missing. Marty founds some bolts for me and called to say he had them. You won’t find service like that everywhere!!!

Bought a Flexsteel recliner in 2018 for $900.00 arms puckered and have a small hole from wear in arm . They will do nothing about it .Will not buy from here again .

After searching for several years for specific swivel rocker recliners, I found, with the help of Pies Furniture, exactly what I wanted. They were very accommodating and were very willing to help assure I finally got what I have been wanting. Great store!!!

Spent thousands of dollars on a living room set. The delivery guys claimed they couldnt get the old furniture out. Bragged about his 25 years of experience and wouldnt do it. The house wasnt built around the furniture! My wife told them they came in the sliding door with the couch on end but they didnt even try going that way. Left the old couch in the middle of the living room and the chair and a half in the kitchen blocking the door to the garage. I have no clue what Im going tondo now. Never ever again.

I needed a small locking spring for an older Lazy-Boy recliner..Took some effort getting the correct part number online but did mange to find it. Took the info to Pies an they managed to get the part free of charge to me.. I had gone to 2 other Lazy boy retailers an didnt get anywhere with them..

I was there couple days ago and was treated very cold nobody speak to you he asks like he was doing me a favor. He was not friendly at all, you are supposed to be nice to your customers.I brought a living room set and i am not please with it at all. The leather is terrible

The building is tired but the furnace stock is above average and the sales lady knew every item in the store. Never underestimate the worth of a knowledgeable salesperson.
