Always helpful & takes great care of my vehicles!!

Went in for a simple repair which wasn’t fixed they then got snappy with me because they didn’t fix what I paid them to fix. Then went to say I should go get help from somewhere else when they said they could fix the problem then didn’t. I Will not take my car here again no help no worry for customers no professional.

Took my truck in 3 times to fix the check engine light. Truck now shuts off why we were driving and was told by Curtis, if youve brought it in 3 times then maybe he cant fix it. And hung up on me. Ive never been treated so bad. I would NEVER recommend this, business to my worst enemy. I wish I could add the photos of what they lied about doing!

West Walton auto has done all my mechanical work for well over 8 years. The work performed is typically done well. Even when there are items that may not be complete not of their fault...they continue working to correct the matter. I trust them and know that Curtis is honest and has integrity. They are typically very busy....be sure not to wait till the last minute to get work done. I wouldnt hesitate to send anyone to this mechanic.

Have been using him for over year for Mustang & Highlander repairs/maintenance. He is by far the BEST, very honest, quick turn around and tells you like it is. Highly recommend him for anybody who needs great mechanical car needs.

Been using West Walton for all of our family vehicles for years and years. Always do great work, will never try to sell you on something you dont need. Multiple times where I asked them to do something and they told me it did not need to be done, saving me money. Honest people, wouldnt go anywhere else.

My brother has been using them for several years now n always honest n very fair pricing.i just had a water pump put on my 03 chevy silverado n dropped it off n had it back the very same day but I did stop by when getting a price quote to see when they could get too it. Everything looked great n I also had a friend who used them to put a new motor n his suv n they had best price n did a great job. If ur car needs repairing, I highly recommend that u give them a try. U wont be sorry that you used them.

Dropped off my Envoy on a Friday for some work expecting it not to be complete until Monday, these guys got on it and completed the same day. Friendly and professional, great place for all you automotive maintenance and repair.

Very pleased, we needed a new starter on our 2000 Dodge Caravan, my husband thought he could do it and it was too big a job. He took the van with the part to them and they repaired it very reasonably. We took the van back this morning for more work to be done.

They lied about the service. I left the shop and not 5 minutes later the van overheated at Boss Brothers. My van had the same problem leaving as when it first arrived. They put water in the radiator and claimed they topped it off. My van was there overnight, they left all the doors unlocked. I went by to check and discovered all the doors unlocked. Curtis according to Amy, test drove it for 2 days with no problems. Prior to taking there, it was diagnosed with having 12 errors at Auto Zone. The Good news they didnt charge me. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

My best friend was recommended west walton. I took her to pick up her car after it was worked on & we were told it wasnt finished, there were too many in front of her so it wouldnt be done when promised & the mechanic couldnt make chicken salad out of chicken $#!+. There were just excuses, defensiveness & unprofessionalism. We were in the wrong for wanting to pick up the car. My friend picked it up a day later & the car was overheating. The mechanic had left off the radiator cap. She dropped it off again so they could attempt to make this right. A few days later the water pump burned up. Unfortunately nothing was fixed proper but only made worse. I personally didnt use west walton & I never will.

I took my car to the shop needing a brake pad replacement, and they were the cheapest. They replaced the brake pad but forgot to screw the lug nuts back into the passenger tire! The studs and lug nuts are now stripped and I have to spend even more money to get them replaced. This lazy, undetailed work should not be happening. I would not recommend West Walton Automotive to anyone looking to have work done right the first time.

This place is a joke. Very friendly but when I go to a mechanic, I am looking for them to actually repair my vehicle. Grahams sent me to this place twice to repair the brakes on my vehicle. The first time, I was informed that the booster, brake caliper, and front brakes were repaired/replaced. I had marked the booster that had been in the vehicle initially and shockingly, the marks are still there which means the booster was never replaced. They claim now that they never replaced the booster. And after two attempts to get them to repair my brakes, I have given up on them. The vehicle shakes violently while going 65mph down the highway, the brakes smoke, and the engine loses power. But these guys cannot figure out the issue to actually repair it. If you want friendly people who pretend to be mechanics, go here. If you want an actual mechanic to fix your car, head somewhere else (just not Pep Boys cause they will overcharge you...lol).
