I found MB Auto Care from a Google search while looking for a company I could trust to perform any work needed for my BMW. MB Auto Care had 5 stars from previous customers which prompted me to give the business a call regarding a brake repair. Mikes customer service on the telephone and in person is unmatched. Mike took his time explaining the repair and taught me some things about my BMW that I didnt know. You cant get this type of personal service from the bigger dealerships.I am extremely pleased, and I highly recommend Mike for his quality service, excellent communication, and professionalism. The 5 star reviews are accurate, and its worth the drive!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. It is difficult to find a mechanic that is honest, works with integrity, and does superior work. Look no further. I took my VW in for my 40,000 mile service, and felt confident leaving it in Mike’s care. The service was handled in a professional, timely manner with no BS. I took my car to Mike for the infamous BMW V8 smoking at idle issue and a complete suspension refresh. He was very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had about issues and was even willing to bring my car back to me. I would highly recommend him to anybody in the southeast for any engine work. His prices are more than fair and were worth the 3 hour drive.

Amazing experience! Mr.Brown saved me from trading in my Volkswagen Jetta TDI car that I recently purchased. Before I came to him I visited other mechanics who told me that they “think” my engine was bad including other things. They then suggested me to get an entire new car. Luckily, I found an expert and Mr.Brown guided me through actual minor problems my car had like a battery replacement. He gave me a reasonable price and helped me fix the car back up within the same day. I always suggest to go to an expert specific to your car. Definitely my go to mechanic for the future! :)

All I have to say is if you want a mechanic that is knowledgeable and able to problem solve mechanical issues, MB Auto Care is to go. You cant go wrong. Im certainly a customer for life.

My car was with Mike for several months, he touted all this experience from when he worked in Germany. He did a piss poor job and after taking my car to another mechanic, they found work that was supposed to have been done, was not completed. Mikes reply was, it was not included. After nearly $8,000 in repairs, I think changing a $4 seal, should have been included. For the record, seals and gaskets are normally changed when someone puts in a used engine, so that you dont get OIL LEAKS, but Mike didnt think that was necessary, even after all the money I spent. Shameful and dishonorable. Very disappointed with the service. Never again!!!!

Mike is the expert. He takes care of my car so carefully just like its his. I trust him on any work for my car.The first time I met Mike was for the infamous engine valve stem work for my 06 BMW E64. Actually the engine was in pretty bad shape, there was huge blue smoke came out of the vent pipe every time I accelerate. After messed around by several car shops with $$$$ spent, I finally came across Mike and his MB Auto Care. Mike just got the job done perfectly in an almost unreal price! From then, Mike became the only mechanic I trust in town.After that, from oil change to break service, and even a starter replacement, I took my car to Mikes shop. And of course, he got everything nailed. Even though its an one hour drive from my home to the shop, Ill drive it anytime my car need services.

I left my car with Mike because I thought he knew quite a bit about BMWs. After having my car for about 6 months, I ended up with a huge dent in my car, an overfilled A/C compressor with missing belt and A/C cap, and power steering fluid that has to be refilled monthly. After having to take the engine out several times to correct a problem he continued to have, he denied all of the above complaints. The inside of the car had oil smudges everywhere and his excuse is that he gave me a better deal of $3400, which included monthly faults that he would add to the cost. He also delayed working on my car for a while, because he had to take periodic trips to Texas to see his mother. So he didnt meet the deadline that he told me my car would be finished. Hes a good dude, but not a responsible mechanic. I hate that we will have to go to court, when the only thing I wanted him to fix was this compressor he jacked up (which was proven to have been overfilled by another certified mechanic).

After the BMW dealership gave me a quote of over $10K to repair my valve stem seals I was in search on bimmer forms for other options. When I finally came across Mb auto cares info I called Mike the next day, he knew exactly what was wrong and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. Took about a week to repair and now my 545i is smoke free. Mike is very knowledgeable and will work with you on price. Its a little drive from the city to Loganville but worth it.
