Ive been going to Karl and John since they were off North Rd. in Snellville. I cannot recommend them highly enough.At least twice (once my check engine light, the other a transmission issue) I came to them with what I thought would be a major issue and they handled it quickly WITHOUT even charging me. Some garages will charge you just to read the codes your car is throwing.I take both our vehicles there, for problems and also for tune-ups before long trips.Solid guys, solid value.

Bought a used car with a contingency in the contract that Grayson Automotive could do an inspection on it within 48 hours. Best decision I have ever made. They promptly found some very concerning issues; returned it to the dealer and got a full refund. These guys are awesome and I recommend them to friends and family all of the time. They have replaced the timing belt, water pump and clutch in my old car. They do great work, period.

They quoted us $1200 for a job. The dealership quoted $950. J&M a few miles down the street did it for $759. The car runs great now and got warranty better than this too than this ripoff place. Maybe check with J&M before you waste money at this ripoff place. They are living off the great ratings from the previous owners.

These guys are impressive! I went to them at the suggestion of a trusted friend for a second opinion on an issue Id been dealing with so over 8 weeks, with a shop IvI been doing business with for 14 + years. Needless to say, there was a big difference in the diagnosis. I dont know how much the bill is yet, they told me to drive it for the weekend to be sure they got it, and stop by Monday!!
