Too many cars all around, no expectations set from this place, I waited nearly 2 weeks and they kept making excuses on why they havent completed a diagnostic on my vehicle. I was fed up and finally demanded my key back. Owner tried to make me pay for something his workers never did. Unprofessional Owner with attitude told me to have a spare car so I wouldnt have to rely on paying for rental car. I will never give them my business or recommend this place to anyone!!!

I called them ahead of time and asked if they had time to fix my AC today. They said yes. I get there at 3:30 as discussed and theres too many cars to even park. I parked in the road and walked to their establishment. They take my car in and I leave. I called at 5:15 to get an update and they said they figured out whats wrong and would call me back about a quote because they were busy. I never got a call. Site shows closes at 6, so I call again then. They tell me they are busy still and would call me back in an hour. I again do not receive a call. I call back at 7:15 for an update and they tell me its a $800 job. The part is about $300 max online so they were trying to charge me at least $400 in labor. I said no thanks im coming to pick up my car. I get there at 7:30 and they try to charge me $75 for a diagnostics. NEVER COME HERE. THEY JUST WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT

This is the best place to go to get your vehicle fixed! Mr. Tran and Holt are the most incredible mechanics and they assist you every way they can. They keep me running on my car and I wont use anyone else! You wont regret stepping in just to have them look into your car. You need a great place...look them up!

Been going here for years, always great service, but theyve gotten so big they dont care about their customers as much anymore I guess. Got my axle car serviced, and instantly had issues. When I called him multiple times to see if he did it, he foster on me. Before this he answered every one of my calls right away.

Roberto was fantastic my car was in and out that fast I now have a new mechanic and the price was reasonable well spoken very polite he explained every detail to me.

Came to have my car checked out, they told me a two hour turn around. After 3 hours of not hearing from them I called, no one answered. Upon arrival, I waited at least 20 minutes (behind one customer) only to be told that what needed to be done would be a certain amount and that there was a 45.00 diagnostic fee if I didn’t order the part needed at that time. Here is my problem and why I say customer service was poor...When I made the appointment no one informed me of a diagnostic fee and when I mentioned that and how long they had my vehicle, his response was that he understood but “the fee is kind of a given”.. I could see how in normal circumstances that it might be but given it was not stated BEFORE I gave my keys, it’s not written on the inside of the establishment anywhere and they were 4hrs behind time, they should have reduced or waived the price.My personal opinion is that they are very unorganized (he made jokes fiddling over paperwork that he couldn’t find) and that they are used to operating carelessly. If had the time I would have called the cops to argue their unwritten policy and lack of customer service. Instead, I decided to write a review. Buyer beware!!! Make sure you know EVERYTHING before turning over your keys.... They are horrible.

With all mechanics in Loganville, If they cannot fix it the first time get a second opinion. However, thanks for the great job on my brakes.Best place to change you transmission fluid.

Just needed a headlight replaced. In and out quickly.

Took my car in for a radiator issue, left short of over 300 dollars and and a car that wouldnt crank. Had to get it towed. They also did repairs I didnt ask them to do such as spark plugs when they know my head gasket was blown. Liars cheaters and thieves. Ill never return.
