I’ve taken both my cars to AutoMotivation recently and have not been disappointed yet. It is really refreshing to be able to trust a repair shop to perform the RIGHT maintenance and repairs to keep my vehicles operating and as trustworthy as I require. No slick sales jobs or fast talkers, just honest appraisal of required work and quality of work performed.

This shop is the best shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone to the Infiniti dealership and other shops going back and fourth for a month trying to get my car fixed the right way and nobody could until I came here. Thanks to the mechanic named Brandon he informed me another shop put the wrong parts on my car and was very straight forward and honest about what was needed done to my car. Brandon is the best mechanic I’ve ever ran into his knowledge is way far more advanced then any mechanic I’ve seen he explained everything in detail and asked how urgent I needed my car and got the job done quick and made sure it was right before I got my car back. If you ever go to this shop ask for Brandon he will set you right and won’t try to sell you something that your car does not need. It is very hard to find a shop like this nowadays with the knowledge of this mechanic. Any family or friends of my mine will be coming to this shop from now on just because of him the work is outstanding.

My transmission went out on the interstate while heading home for Christmas. I had no idea what was going on and pulled into the first place I found. Little did I know how LUCKY I was. They basically let me camp out with my dog until I could find a rental car to get home. They drove me TO the rental car facility (watched my dog in the meantime), and let my car sit at their shop until I decided what I wanted to do. They were honest, detailed, and so incredibly kind! I only wish they were in my hometown so that I could go to them for absolutely everything. Amazing experience.

I found myself in a pinch with a completely flat tire and no jack to put my spare tire on. This was the closest shop to where I was stranded. Brandon was able to get me in quickly and efficiently. He educated me on what the appropriate plan of action would be at the best cost. He was so kind, honest and professional, which sometimes can be difficult to find in the automotive industry. I am so happy that fate led me to Automotivation and I am so thankful for their help. I look forward to working with them again in the future! Thank you for everything!

Cream of the crop mechanics! Every member of their team is incredibly knowledgeable and shows genuine interest in helping educate their consumers on the in and outs of their vehicle. Out of this upstanding crew, Ive received particularly great advice and elbow grease put into my car by Brandon. Been coming to them for two years now and I fully intend to keep coming back so long as I am in the area.

Ive been using Automotivation for years but recently I got a newer car thats still under factory warranty. Needless to say I had 2 issues. One was supposed to be fixed a week ago by the dealership and the other happened last night. The folks at automotivation as always, went above and beyond. To accommodate my schedule and knowing it could potentially be a warranty issue, still came in after hours to give me the care, dedication and attention to detail they have always shown me just to make sure I was safe and cared for. Here, they truly treat you like family. Great job and thanks for taking care of both issues.

I would give Automotovation 10 stars if i could. I give them my highest recomendation! I was in my late teens when i had a new car break down on me on my way to work. The white chevy camaro with T-Tops of my dreams, somehow had a bad trans. A co-worker highly recomended Automotovation. I took the co-workers advice, and called them. The rest is history. Its hard to believe its been over 30 years now, & ive NEVER had one problem with Automotovations awesome & honest service. The excellence & honesty starts at the top, and shines in every team member. Im sure most of the older customers like me, will agree, they are like family, and that when you find an excellent auto shop like this, you are done looking. The reason ive been a customer this long is because they take this profession as seriously as i do. As a mother of 4, with My babies riding in the back, throughout the past 30+ years, you better believe i take driving seriously! I need to feel the vehicle i am driving is safe enough for my kids and family members to ride in. This is why i have taken the time to put in this review...I Highly recomend Automotovation! It grieves me to see so many other people struggle with their vehicles, and the high priced poor work other shops have left them with.
