I went to the Lombard location today. I informed them that I thought I had a nail in my drivers side rear tire. They checked the tire and Chris the manager told me there was a nail in the side of my tire so the tire would need to be replaced. He then went on to tell me it would be best to replace ALL my tires. There was a nail repair done on the tire . Total cost $36. on the to

10/20/21: Scheduling an appointment and getting an expected price before even entering the store was simple with their website, I do love that aspect of Cassidy.Coming into the shop at the scheduled time was just-okay. It took about 5-10min to actually get my car in the garage. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, something that, to my understanding, ought not to take much time. I was in the waiting lobby for about 30-45min before the representative asked if I would like my cabin and engine filters swapped out. I went ahead and authorized that, but was not told that there would be a wait for one of the filters to be delivered from their parts delivery service; I expected the filter swap to only add another 5-10min to the finish time.I was in the lobby for about another 10-20min before the same rep let me know it would only be an additional 10min before we were wrapped up. I waited another 40min before the delivery guy showed up with the filter, but once that was in, the service was finished within 5min.Overall, solid service and I did get what I paid for, and the value was great. I wish it had not taken 1.5hrs to complete a fairly simple service that I could get done within 20min at a Duke-of-Oil. I understand this isnt the fault of the mechanics or the reps, but I do wish accurate estimates of expected completion time were communicated properly before agreeing to the services. I feel as though I shouldnt have to ask how long will that take? Do you have the parts in stock? when being sold a filter replacement, I expect an estimate to be provided for me so I know what to expect in terms of waiting-time.Again, I understand the circumstances are not a failure of the professionals, but I would have liked those circumstances to be communicated. A simple Would you like your filters replaced? If so, there will be a longer wait since we have to get the parts in.Otherwise, a great experience and the service was friendly and casual, which I appreciate. George was very friendly and helpful, also apologetic for the long wait time.Ill be coming back since Im sure this was a fluke and not the norm, so Ill be updating my review, then.

Had a nail in our tire and stopped by on a busy morning but Darryn got me in and they took care of it with a solid repair. I appreciate that they fixed it and did not try to up sell me as this was a fairly new tire. Always good to do business with honest people.

These guys treated me great. They mounted my new tires 3 months ago. I had a manufacturer defect with a tire last week. I went back to them and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very professional. A+

Called in to schedule a realignment @ 2:30pm. I got a price quote & scheduled appointment for 3:30pm same day. When I showed up Adam got all my information & notified me that he would stay after the store closed to allow me to come late to pick up my truck. He was very friendly & knowledgeable about all my services needed. He educated me about future services needed on the vehicle & about my warranty for the realignment. I definitely recommend this location for any service work.

Service was good, however because they did not know how to use their credit card reader correctly, my card was declined. They tried to run it using the “touchless” method, however there is a max dollar amount for that method, and my bill was above that limit. Had the card been run correctly, that wouldn’t have happened.

I first called the Downers Grove location for Cassidy Tire and Service who were booked up and they referred me to the Lombard location and to talk to Adam when I called. The Adam at the Lombard location told me to come in and drop the car off, it was around 11:00 A.M and they said it would be done at 12:40, I arrived right as Adam gave me a call back to inform me the car was almost done, I paid and was gone by 12:50. The car drives great, the price was reasonable and the customer service was outstanding.

I wish I could say the same positive experience as most of the comments here but unfortunately I had the exact opposite experience. I was looking for a place to take a look at my car yesterday. I went to Glenbard Auto Body and they recommended me to go here (as they don’t do tire alignments and stuff). It was near closure time and I was already expecting that my car would not get treated anyway and boy did they make it so obvious that they would not help me at all. I wanted to make an appointment for next time while I was already there but they just wanted me to go away already that they just gave me a business card to call to make the appointment. I drove 30min to get there from home. I would rather take my business somewhere else than this place.

Fast forward to Oct.. 30, 2021. Rick has been gone for a while now.I arrived 10 minutes before they opened. I needed someone to look at the undercarriage of my car. It sits low and when I pull up in parking place, the cement blocker scrapes the bottom of my car.. It was hanging down because the cement blocker scraped the bottom of the carriage.No, not possible to look at because they werent open yet and too busy. Made an appointment for 2 days later.Got it looked at, part ordered, and appointment set for 2 days later to install at J1 Auto Repair 591 S Main Street Lombard. Should have gone there first. But, I was thinking of previous Customer Service when Rick was there. Too bad, Cassidy Tires in Lombard!!Rick and his team are always friendly, helpful and professional. More importantly, they get the job done in no time at all. Pricing is reasonable and always a good value. They are my team!
