I would recommend this location. Not only did the units look clean, the prices are comfortable, but customer service was phenomenal! Dianna, who was the one to help me was incredible! She was so helpful and informative. Dianna was able to answer all of my questions and was very polite. She was very patient when showing me all of the units I was inquiring about.

Diana is just DELIGHTFUL! She put my ALL my fears to rest with storing my most PRECIOUS items. Looking forward to establishing a working relationship with her AND Public Storage!

Ive been using the Public Storage facility on Richmond Highway ever since moving to the Lorton area. I recently downsized to a smaller locker and was fortunate enough to have Felicia assist me. She was able to meet my specific request about securing a unit in the same building as my previous locker which made transferring items from one to the other much easier. The unit is clean and well-lit, carts are provided so you dont need to carry boxes, and the location is gated and secure. Overall Im very pleased with this Public Storage facility in general and Felicia in particular. Thanks again!

Mo was very helpful and friendly. He had everything settled very quickly and thoroughly. The price was terrific for the amount of space provided. It was much cheaper than many other places I was checking out and that adds up over time. I would definitely recommend using this storage facility.

The property manager for this location was very pleasant. He called before move in to welcome me which I had never experienced with other storage owners. He was very polite and was very willing to make changes to my reservation to accommodate me. On top of the great service, the pricing was very affordable.
