A great place to store your excess stuff. Whatever planners conceived of this need to be given a Nobel Prize. Nestled perfectly beneath the Hollywood Freeway lay the secure, clean buildings that is BA SELF STORAGE. The secure freeway offers a unique security opportunity unlike none. This is certainly worth checking out, even if you dont use one of the storage lockers.

Its competitive to others,clean,tidy, good location etc... However, my Only complaint would be that their storage units dont come offered with a.c. and then of course no 24hour access unfortunately which is common to most of them from what we noticed nowadays probably due to COVID-19.

Very good for the low prices and to fit your storage needs (the lowest we could find in the area too). Staff is very friendly and helpful. No lights inside the storage area, thats the only hiccup I have but they are very accommodating with promo deals, getting carts etc. Highly recommend.

The best place for self storage

I rented a Uhaul from this location for a move. The process check in and return process was quick and easy. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming.

Great company and great staff! They are helpful and friendly. One time I posted something on Google about a door handle that was broken and that looked like the sharp edge could cause injury, and they fixed it right away and replied to my review.

Stanley was very helpful and got me all set up. Really great rates and service. Be aware that some of the second floor units have no elevator and require going up an outdoor ramp to access. This is not an insurmountable issue, but its good to be aware of if you are expecting an elevator for upper units.

I just returned the car and request the receipt of my contract. When I requested the receipt, the lady was so annoyed on me. I do not know she was on the lunch. But I requested what I can do.

Ive worked with 4 of the employees here and they are all amazing and polite. Susie helped me with the my move out paperwork and made it extremely stress free.

Very good customer svc

This place is not safe and recently on 11/30/19 all of our personal belongings where stolen from our storage, awful customer service that they did not even called the cops that day!! We had to call the police ourselves the next day when we went to check our storage! Even the Police was surprise this storage did not have cameras in the hall ways only in the front office! That now that place is going under investigation! The Manager and employees where no help and unprofessional.They even made us pay for this month which they shouldnt have since they stole our personal belongings! Please do not store your personal belongings in this storage is not safe and they do not have secure cameras!!!!

We moved from out-of-state recently and found this storage facility online--god, did we luck out! Not only is the staff friendly, but they went out of their way to accommodate the Uhaul truck we were going to drop off at another location. They saw we were exhausted and in need and they stepped up. Couldnt recommend this place more highly. Thank you!

I had to get a storage unit for one of my employees in LA (Im in San Diego). I spoke with Marcos and he had me all set up within ten minutes time. Everything was smooth once we got there to get the storage unit. I appreciate a company that values my time, thanks Marcos and BA storage. Great customer service, friendly!

Ive used other self storage companies and switched for various reasons, mainly cost. My son suggested I give BA Self Storage a try, and Im very glad I did. Susie and Stanley were very friendly, very professional and BA Self Storage was much cheaper than the competition.I give BA Self Storage my highest recommendation.

These people are crooks they will have you paying your storage fees every month and end up still stealing your belongings out of your storage! Not very safe for your belongings 0 stars.

This is the nicest, friendliest, and most cost efficient storage facility ever. Suzie was super sweet and helpful with our uhaul rental and storage unit contract. They were accommodating when we were late with the Uhaul and let us keep our stuff in it over night. These guys are the best! Highly recommend

Great spot

Staff is friendly, place is centrally located, though the units themselves could use a little work. The back wall of my unit is a mishmash of building material scraps, but the exteriors are solid. Feels secure enough to hold things I dont particularly care about, but dont have space to keep in my apartment.

This is my storage place, and theyve been more than kind to me for as long as Ive rented a unit, so I like them. Theyre a genuine family-owned business, which I like to support. Theyre also clean and I dont worry about bugs, leaks/structural damage, or any other storage-specific concerns. Other people might not love the location (kinda tucked under the freeway), the hours (until 6-7pm depending on the day), and the lack of climate control. But if that doesnt impact your decision, you and your stuff are going to be fine too.

Pretty good. A metal door knob was broken off one of the doors to the building my unit is in. There was no way to safely open the door and there were sharp metal edges for you to yourself on. I came back several weeks later and it had not been repaired.

Awful service, do not deal with this place. I was charged late fees despite being on automatic payments, and when I called immediately after finding out to make sure the issue was resolved they did nothing for me but threatened to raise penalties for me. There was nothing wrong with my card. DO NOT do business with this place, their only intention is to gouge their customers and their customer service is more than unhelpful in trying to resolve anything, they will just threaten to charge you more if you dont comply. Not a good way to treat a customer that has been on-time with his payments for almost 3 years. Ill be taking my business elsewhere

I just finish renting a Uhaul Truck here, and since i step in the door, Susie was sooooo wonderful and helpful. Not to mention she is very funny and makes reservations EZ! i will keep Reserving at this location.

OMG. Registered online and talked over the phone only to get there and find they have no elevator and my unit is upstairs. I cancelled. But they has food online prices.

As at 6:40 pm I honestly had no idea of ​​time and took boxes out of boxes until I could find what I was looking for when suddenly the manager Mr. Marco and told me at 7:00 pm we closed I was with another adult person who was helping me and a girl answered if there was anyone else who could wait for us because look how it is almost all out was not aware of the time l said no I noticed and your answer was nooooo mrs. at 7:00 oclock I am going to close the door myself ok ok ... if you check the cameras you will see that we try to save everything at the highest speed that could be done without accommodating anything to meet the schedules and slaiamos quickly .... we got to the car and left 7:02 minutes if it is true that they were two minutes late again I repeat you can check the cameras but Mr. Marco closed the door and we stayed inside the store literally without being able to leave the girl crying and very scared, I approached the closed bars and on the pavement of the fente there was a car parked with someone inside it laughing and shouting, Mr. went away, they always do that and laughing I dont know who he was or could not take a photo of him that he didnt have Available cell phone spent a few minutes the girl was still scared when the cell phone finally cracked and I could call a phone that was at the door as an emergency ..... and they told me ok, we are going to someone to open the door for them and it is a charge of 50.00 dlls When I see Mr. Maarco, he was just around the street, and since he was locked there, he was seen coming. He opened the door and told me that I am going to lock his unit until I pay, and there it was. when the problem was resolved ..... on day two I returned to the unit tomorrow to accommodate what I had left lying around and to get things out that I had to get out and my daughter came from Peru and had things stored there that she was leaving to bring for some relatives when I went on day 2 there was indeed another padlock placed in the unit with monthly payment I asked Mr. Jesus who was in that moentoke that was happening and he told me here is a note from the manager that the trucker is not removed until ke pay everything ..... my account was up to date mrs. the policy says that one has 10 days to make the payment it was just the second day my daughter returned to peru that same day x at night I could not take the things that she had to take were three suitcases approximately that I have stored with you for you My relatives from Peru to send them to the agency charge me 900 dlls approximately this was the opportunity for my daughter to take it ... my daughter her spouses and my two grandchildren they could carry without any problem 8 suitcases since they were 4 people I was tremendously harmed With the arbitrary attitude of Mr. Marco being the manager ..... on the other hand, I work in a store with hours from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and in my life I have seen doors close at 9:00 oclock and ke people are not allowed to leave still much less ke they are charged 50.00 dlls each for leaving ..... for such reasons I express my total anger and I manifest that for lack of I havent taken any other actions yet ... I am a very busy person with my jobs and my daughters activities, for this reason I have just been available on Thursday the 24th, which is my day off to make a decision about the action that I am going to take.ATTE A UDS.SONIA REYES
