Easily the worst moving experience of my life. I had a scheduling conflict and needed to reschedule with them, they agreed to the new date (and increased price). Then on the day of my move no one showed up. I called in and they had lost my appointment. They couldnt get anyone to cover and I had to call around town last minute to try and find a mover.The manager said to send him the receipt of the new mover and he would try to make things right. I sent it over, nothing. Followed up twice, nothing. Your money would be better spent on a lobotomy than using this scam of a company. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would.

Great price and service, very friendly team. The hoist was quick and they made it seem easy!I had a couch delivered that wouldnt fit through our front doorway, I called on a Monday at 4pm and Tuesday at 10am the Town Moving Team it 4 arrived to hoist my couch from the balcony 3 floors! I recommend giving them a call if you need help moving or hoisting!

This is the 2nd time we use RMC for a move, and once again we werent disappointed. They were extremely flexible with us being that we had to reschedule our move twice, and they were easy to communicate with via email and phone. Daniel and his team showed up right on time, they were very respectful and extremely careful with all of our belongings whether it be boxes or furniture. Anything that needed wrapping, they did, then unwrapped it all when we got to our new home, and with no hassle or mess. Thanks again guys!

I just used Royal Moving to move my studio apartment into a storage unit. Alexander and his partner were so great and I could not have asked for a better experience! They were so nice and professional. They wrapped everything and were so careful with all of my stuff. They were efficient and communicative. They knew how to handle putting things into a storage unit correctly. I will definitely use them again!!

Daniel’s team did an exceptional job. The whole process of moving went smoothly. They arrived right on time. They were friendly and flexible. Parking in a Anti Grid Lock Zone, during rush hour has gotten you unwanted attention. Signs clearly posted not to stop there. You closed an entire lane. Super rude to everyone, not to mention illegal.

Royal assisted us with a cross country move from Michigan via POD to their location & they unpacked the POD & delivered it to a LA apartment! They were great, they kept us notified of all the steps, delivered on time, nothing was damaged & they were very considerate. STAY AWAY! They were late, extremely rude - they spoke angrily in Russian when insulting us, and one just flat out yelled at my husband multiple times - and they broke multiple items. Our sleep number bed, the one item we told them was expensive and to be careful with, is probably ruined. They noticed the support legs of the base were missing (not hard to miss) but continued putting it together anyway. After a night of sleeping without the support, our mattress, not to mention my back, is deformed. Now we need to pay a sleep number specialist to come take a look. We found the support legs the morning after - the initial packer had thrown them in our trash can with no indication they belong to the bed. They also dropped a box off their truck and broke several glass items. Thankfully, we personally moved the box with our really special and fragile items, such a porcelain vase thats been in my family for generations. They stored our items for a week - no problem there. Then there was a major miscommunication on the timing of the move into our new home. We thought the physcial move would be between 2 and 5 pm. But I guess they really meant the movers would arrive between 2 and 5. Then they tried charging us a lot for the extra time they spent in traffic during rush hour. It was 100% their own poor logistics and planning that caused that. And I 100% recommend you not use this company.

I had never used this company before but a friend recommended them and I was extremely pleased. The three guys showed up on time and worked non-stop, without a break, for 3 1/2 hours helping me move units in my building. The three movers were extremely respectful, efficient and careful. I also found Royal Moving to have the most competitive pricing. I would definitely recommend this company for a local move!

Royal Moving did an excellent job with my recent move. Danyel was my point of contact in the office. She explained the process to me and offered a virtual quote because I had a lot to move. They suggested 6 movers and 2 trucks which was perfect. All six movers were knowledgeable about wrapping, packing and loading furniture. They obviously had considerable experience. Highly recommend.

I would’ve gave 5 stars, but I decided to give 4 and I’ll tell you why.Firstly, I did not feel like the initial phone call when discussing pricing was clear. I asked about the price several times during the conversation and I was sure the receptionist was misunderstanding me. She stated she understood what I was asking and due to the stress of moving, I just said ok.The guys were extremely early, but that wasn’t an issue. They were very friendly and professional. It was over 110 degrees but that didn’t deter them from working hard. I bought them all water due to the heat!We did have very small scratches on the walls, but nothing outside of normal moving damages. They also did break one lamp which wasn’t too bad considering we had a lot of glass items.I was taken aback by the pricing due to either me not understanding the receptionist or her not understanding me. I felt 6 hours was super long due to us not having many items to move.I did really appreciate getting a call from the owner, Hank, and he explained to me that it was actually a good amount of time. I didn’t necessarily agree but Hank has been in business a long time, so I took his word for it. I also like that he reimbursed me for the broken lamp over the amount the lamp was even worth.He also stated he will coordinate the minor repairs needed to our apartment.Overall I would definitely recommend them, just be sure to get a total understanding on pricing.

I could not be happier with Royal Moving. I found them in a moment of panic - had to move my one bedroom cottage in LA, in a hurry, out of state. Not a thing was packed. They took care of everything, delivered on time and were courteous and communicative. Highly recommend.

I began making calls frantically for a backup plan, and Hank in the office was incredible, getting us a team for the very same day. This was the easiest move I’ve had - moving from a 1 bdrm apt to a storage unit, I had a lot of art and mirrors I was worried about, but this company eased my mind in no time. Everything was carefully and perfectly wrapped, including furniture and extra packing needs. The movers were fast, efficient and kind, and got everything into the storage unit safely and well arranged. They also provided the truck, which was really helpful and often difficult to find. Will definitely use them again on my next move.

Extremely happy with our moving experience, the truck arrived on time, the guys were extremely professional and courteous. We had both a piano and a treadmill and they moved it without any hassle to our new home. Not one item was broken, they took extreme care in packaging and protecting all of our items. My husband calls them the Delta Force of movers.

This is the second time my wife and I have used Royal Movers and they are always the best!! Yesterday we moved with Daniel and Scott, who were the nicest guys. They were punctual, moved all our belongings with care and a sense of urgency and professionalism. We didnt feel like they were ever working the clock like with other moving companies. I hired Royal Moving 3.5 years ago and they were exceptional. I decided to use them again last week and prayed that my first experience wasn’t a fluke. Nope. This time was also an awesome experience. My team was led by Dennis, who truly cares and works so hard. All his guys worked fast as lightening and were very careful with all our stuff. I am so impressed with this company. The folks in the office are great too. I wasn’t sure how many trucks would be needed so we did a video chat and I walked them through my home. They decided I just needed 1 truck and they were right. In the end, the cost of the move was less then their estimate. How can you beat that? Seriously the best.

On Time, quick, team of 3 crushed it in my 1 bedroom. Note to movers is that the move will take more time than you realistically think. I thought it was going to be done in 2 hours but it was done in 3. And that is NOT the companies fault at all, they were very quick.

Weve used Royal for the second time now, moving between LA and Orange County. Both times they have been great, super efficient and professional. This time we had Akmal and team helping us. We were done quicker than I had expected. They barely took a break and moved whatever I wanted them to move, including furniture that was already in the new house that was not part of the actual move. Between Royal and other moving companies, I liked Royal because they offer more services for about the same rate (they unmounted TVs, etc.). I would recommend them.

Alex and his team solved some difficult moving issues by carefully removing the base of custom dining room table to fit in an elevator and putting in back together upon delivery. The team also assisted me in moving out of the delivery address a large item that I could not move myself, and they re-positioned at my request, a number of furniture items already present at delivery address. The team was very careful in wrapping/protecting fragile glass furniture items.

We used Royal Moving Company this past week. This was the BEST and most professional experience that I’ve had with a moving company. Daniel and Scott called when they were enroute and arrived on time. It was amazing to see how expertly they took the furniture and boxes out into the truck. We had to then head out to load the items into a POD. Scott was an expert at loading the POD and ensuring that all of the items were secure. Amazing full service movers. I rented plastic packing boxes a few days before, packed them up, and they showed up on moving day and moved everything. Even disassembled and assembled my bed frame at the new place. Superb.

Royal Moving seems to have at least one incompetent crew. I live among a set of eight houses with a shared driveway that goes up a steep short hill. They tried to drive a big truck up there and got stuck, preventing me from going to work on time. I lost two hours of work. When I called the company to explain the problem, they said they would send the contact information for their insurance company to me, but they never did. My impression is that this company is not careful and certainly not responsive to any problems. I would not recommend using them.

We used Royal moving Company last weekend for a move from a 2 bedroom townhouse. We had a crew of 3 guys, let by Stan. They showed up on time, worked very efficiently, and did a great job. The wrapped and disassembled everything, loaded the truck, and then reassembled it in our new place. We got some quotes from a few different moving companies, and Royal Moving was competitive. They did not try to force 4 movers on us, as some other moving companies did. It took the guys a total of 6 hours, including double drive time. Royal Moving Company is awesome! I moved from a old two story 1 bedroom apartment to a three story 1 bedroom apartment with only limited elevator access. They had to take apart and reassemble my bed among other issues. They nice, professional, careful, reliable and helpful. Great Experience and got all of my stuff the next day out of state!

This was the best moving experience. The guys were very detailed, very careful and flexible. Our move ended up being a lot bigger than I originally expected and they were so flexible. They even sent a second truck to help us out as we had filled the first one completely. We had a lot and I mean a lot of boxes. Timor and crew were amazing and stayed as late as we asked to make sure our entire place was set up. All our expensive furniture was put apart and put together and we were done completely by 6 pm. They arrived on time and barely took breaks to help us out. We are very very grateful to this team.
