I am an older man so when it comes to anything hectic I usually get overwhelmed, in the middle of moving and trying to find a place for my junk I was greatly assisted in finding the perfect unit. Emmanuel did an awesome job taking care of me, he provided me with all the property had to offer and showed me a couple units to get a better idea of what would work best for me. Tech support needs to be improved, as I was never able to access or set up my account to pay online. Tech support was unable to figure it out and kept reverting to the same questions... I just payed over the phone each time (the old way of doing things).

NIGHTMARE CUSTOMER SERVICEEvery time I arrive at this facility there is an issue. First issue was when I was leaving the facility (ON MY FIRST DAY OF RESIDENCY) I was locked in. It was only 6:30, and the sign states they’re open till 7. No employees around. Had to call the emergency number to get out.2ND issue that happened a week later is the elevator was stuck on the second floor for an hour. With no one in the office for that whole hour, I had to sit and wait for an employee to comeback. This must have been around 4:00 pm that day.3RD issue is showing up at 5:55 last week to pay my bill, and grab some stuff. once again no one was in the office. I Couldn’t get access through the gate because of some weird policy (they’re not actually open till 7, they close the gate at 6) I wasn’t the only one trying to get in that day either4TH issue happened today, I came to pay my bill and once again the office is closed, but this time there is an employee just sitting in there. I make a gesture with my card implying that I just want to pay my bill. (Literally a 30 second transaction) and he just pointed at the sign on the door that said “will return at 2:45” and it was 1:55pm . I just left. That was the last straw for me at this facility.I took a photo of the 4th incident, if you look closely you can see the employee just sitting there looking at me.Not to mention there’s a bunch of homeless that hang around in the facility and just give the place a sketchy vibe.I will be moving my belongings out by the end of the month.

Emmanuel and Victoria was super awesome, they helped me out so much Ive been having issues with the insurance company and they both helped me out. They really did go above and beyond with this experience i was having, without them working as a team and continuing to keep in communication with me I dont think Id have my problem resolved thanks you guys I really appreciate it!

Include the first months rent free for all units not just some. The ad is false and you do not have knowledge of this criteria until you are there signing up for a unit in need. I will certainly let anyone I know of this rule for the future so they will not be mislead too.

I work as a pharmacy rep...not to be confused with a Pharma rep. I tend to have a lot of papers that I hand out to my doctors’ offices and my trunk stays full. I decided to get a storage unit to free my trunk space and allow for more things sent to me. I had no idea where to go but when I googled places in my area this place popped up and it’s so close to home. I went in to check out my options and was met by Victoria. She was so accommodating and helpful that I wanted to work with only her. I signed up and she was very gracious throughout the entire process...and made things so easy. I definitely recommend this facility and I hope you get to work with Victoria.

Sadly I had to cancel my unit before getting to move in and after paying for the month of rent because the office shut down right before my move due to COVID-19. They were so kind and helpful to cancel my unit and fully refund me. I also had amazing customer service for the process of renting the unit and was very excited about the drive up access so I was sad not to be able to continue business with them for this move.

I went to view a storage locker and start an account today and was in and out very quickly. Emmanuel was extremely friendly & knowledgable. Thank you Emmanuel!

Grace was wonderful from the first call. She was friendly and helpful and followed up promptly. Grace communicated effectively and addressed any questions I had. I felt very secure and clear on what I was getting in my storage unit and she seemed to tend to my personal needs when facilitating my choice in units. Since the original reserved unit wasn’t suitable, he even honored the promo rate on a different unit that otherwise did not have a promo. He stayed an hour after close so I could be set with a unit. Makes exceptions for customers and truly cares about customer satisfaction.

My family and I were going on a roadtrip while visiting the US. Our rental car wasnt big enough to carry all of our luggages. So we rented a small storage 5 by 5 ft. The total cost was like half price compared to market price. Thanks to the special discount for the first month rent. We will return there. They offer good value and professional service.

Kenneth showed me 2 different spaces for storage. Not only was Kenneth pleasant and polite, but quite helpful. He explained all the rules and information regarding the lease of a storage space, answered all my questions and was delightful. I did rent a storage space. I have not yet experienced the use yet, but the security and attentiveness seems quite good. Kenneth certainly made me feel comfortable in renting the storage space. I first want to state that Tiger is wonderful, professional and helpful. It would have been a pleasure to do business with her. We were all set to sign up when my son-in-law, who rents there, informed me that the access hours have changed and we would not be able to access our belongings except during the hours when we are at work and not able to get there. This is very inconvenient for us. We happen to need a storage that is a bit more customer friendly to our need of being able to access what we store. So today we had to rent elsewhere. But I am leaving a comment because I want to say that Tiger has terrific energy and it would have been a pleasure to do business with her.
