The managers are friendly and helpful. The facility is well kept and clean. Easy access to your units and the hallways are well lit. Monica always is ready to give you a helping hand and answer all questions in a timely manner. This facility is like my 2nd home we are treated like family. I recommend Nova in Los Angeles and give them 5 stars. Keep up the good work

The Nova Storage Staff located on Figueroa are very friendly and respectable, and helpful when your in need of items or just answering a general question. The storage areas are clean, and give me a feel of safety when I am entering the building. Monica is the BEST!!!!!!!!

I have used Nova storage for many years, managers and staff always have treated us with respect, Monica helped with all our needs . Price was always reasonable. I recommend using nova storage if you need some space to reduce clutter in your apartment.

Very clean place. It has wheelchair access & nice hours as well, especially during the pandemic. The friendly employees are always available to assist the customer when needed. I would highly recommend this facility.

Just signed up for a unit. Monica was great. Great customer service, answered all the questions I had at the time. Wish there hours were longer though.

Did not have a good experience. Closes too early. Unable to drop off second load they were closedCame back on the morning still u able to get in. Had to pay for truck an extra day.

This place could get 5 stars but if you work you can never get into your unit. They really need to chang their hours from 7am to 7pm at least. Im sure they could get more people to stay. Because Public storage hours are more accessible.

Im a very happy coustomer

I used this place while I was getting out of the military. The people there were friendly and easy to work with. Very helpful and often asked me why I always used the front entrance instead of the back that was closest to my unit on the second floor haha.. Anyways its a great place climate controlled, you have a code to access entrance and to use elevator. You provide your own lock of course. When it came time for the moving company to move my stuff they stayed a little longer after hours to make sure the movers finished on time. I will miss doing business with this place. Highly recommended thanks Nova Storage

The office staff is amazing!! Monica rocks!! Its a family oriented friendly place. Each season the office is decorated in celebration. The bldg is nice and clean and secure. I highly recommend this location 😁
