Very incapable movers. 3 came to move all our belongings. They remove doors and drawer of a brand new refrigerator. They put all the parts in big box and when they put it together the left door was banged and scratched. The sides are scratched and the metallic door from the garage to the kitchen is scratched too. They also scratched and damaged part of the ceiling. Insurance coverage is $0.60 per pound. So the payment to repair the fridge door and the kitchen door was $350.00. Nothing close to the price of the repairs. Very disappointing performance. When I called to hire them they said that they are professionals. Not true. Don’t hire them.

They checked every boxes on the good mover list. Arrived on time at the meet up place, they patiently waited me outside after they got everything out from the garage. Give them a call and you will like their service!

We had a wonderful experience with Rainbow Movers! We worked with Aleks, Luis. Jyma and Jergio and they were all incredibly professional and efficient. My husband had to leave for a few hours and I felt safe and comfortable with it just being me and them. Would highly recommend!

Rainbow Movers moved our two separate apartments into one new apartment. It was a crew of 4 that was punctual, worked very efficiently and professionally. It was a lot of work- including taking a couch over a balcony! Through it all they were easy to work with and friendly. Furniture and art was protected with shrink and blankets as needed. Arthur and Cesar and team were great!

I did a move today locally in Orange County and this is my 6th time using Rainbow Movers. Every time has always been good service. Today I had a two man crew move me from one condo to another due to a fire (not my fault) Cesar Castro and Rustan were awesome. The guys were super professional, had their masks on, on time, worked very FAST and overall just extremely helpful and professional. Tipped the guys good for a reason, a very pleasant experience after dealing with a very unpleasant burned home and all the headaches associated with it.

I asked for you guys to wrap everything, which you did. All of the moving blankets were available plus extra boxes for me. My kitchen entire bedroom living room and some of the dining room needed to be moved out. So luckily your team sent three people over who were able to do it in no time. Very satisfied with the work. We were moving on a tight schedule, and the original movers failed, causing us a 1 day delay. I called this business and told them our predicament and the timeline we were dealing with. They said they’d call back, and they actually did! They said they had a crew available the next day. The foreman, arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, professional and immediately recognized the gravity of our situation. He did a walk through and when the moving crew arrived gave them directions that were followed to a T. When the moving crew arrived, they each introduced themselves then jumped into action! They were like a well oiled machine. They never stopped moving and packing, and repacked items that needed to be repacked. The lead man was polite, charming, knowledgeable and professional. They did everything!! They packed, with care, our antique furniture, and even offered to separate our items for easy removal when we have our things delivered. Company definitely came through, with our ABSOLUTE confidence and trust. For all the hard work this crew did, we found their pricing to be extremely reasonable and absolutely doable. Cameron was absolutely amazing! He is a sales representative for this company, and he was able to guide me through the process of what we would be experiencing on the day of my aunts move. He let me know that the team would show up around nine in the morning. He told me to be prepared, and if we needed things to be packed up and packaged they would help do it for us. Cameron was very helpful throughout the entire process, and I was very grateful that he was there to answer all of our questions. Great job all around guys, and thank you for delivering as promised.

Ive moved many times. And its not fun. I dont think Ive ever had a company make things go so smoothly. Justin helped arrange everything. The move went great. Quickly, and efficiently. It was reasonable too, compared to other places. And the guys were fun to chat with. I dont think I will ever use a different company, unless I can avoid ever having to move again. I had a two bedroom apartment that I wanted to have moved from the valley over into the general area of downtown Los Angeles. I looked around a little bit, and came upon this amazing company who I decided to call. I spoke with Erica on the phone who guided me through every step of the process and told me exactly what I needed to do to make sure that I was prepared for the move also I asked you what I can do to save a little bit of money and she told me that if I packed a lot of the things myself and made sure that everything was ready to go by the time the movers got there but that definitely would help. The workers showed up on time and did everything professionally. Since I did most of the work it wasn’t that bad as far as the price. Erica was fantastic . However, the movers were not careful at all. There was a lot of damage to our furniture . Items that could not be replaced .I felt like we were jumping through hoops just to get paid pennies on the dollar . At first I was confident that we had great movers because of the professionalism . After the movers left we were shocked at how things were just thrown and broken during the unloading . Even dropped a curio Cabinet I front of us and never said a word or an apology

I was trying to locate a company that would help me move from Redondo Beach over to Long Beach, and yours was definitely the one that kept popping up. I see you had done a lot of work before. Calling in for quotes and information was easy, the office staff are so friendly and informative. I havent met/spoke with anyone who was less than stellar at this moving business. This company sends you seasoned movers who have been around for quite awhile, which speaks volumes about the company as a whole. Most moving companies are here today, gone tomorrow and spit their employees out just as fast. No question that is why they have a stellar reputation.More importantly- They were so careful with everything treating everything with care.

These Professional Movers were spot on with estimate. Timely in getting back to me. Spoke with Jordan, my sales rep. I had Rainbow Movers move me into my new apartment on Saturday and it was pouring rain. Not to mention I live on the 3rd floor with stairs. They did a great job! Nothing was damaged! I have brand new hard wood floors and brand new carpet. They put down tons of floor protection and assembled everything. This company was very impressive. From the initial phone call and letting them know exactly all of the belongings that I had, they were very helpful and able to give me a straightforward answer on exactly what it would take, to get all of my things moved into my new home to San Francisco. This was a long-distance moves that I really needed to have done, and it was very important to me, that nothing would be damage. I know these things aren’t always perfect. But at the end of the day I was super satisfied, and I knew that I could trust them. All of their workers showed up early in the morning. Made a phone call on Wednesday. Set up a meeting with the owner or the sales person, to see how much it would cost me to move a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. With outside furniture as well. They charge by the hour, and the work was actually pretty great. Did not really charge as much as I thought they would, so that was pretty good. They were fantastic in wrapping everything. All the proper tools. Three guys came and did the job. I did not even have to lift a finger. It was incredible. I will never ever use my friends or myself to move things. I am totally spoiled now. This company is amazing. It was like I never even did anything. Great job fellas!!

We used Rainbow movers to move us to San Diego CA. We had a 5 bedroom home and a lot of boxes. I collect dolls, and my husband has a garage full of tools, so their careful packing was required. They gave us free boxes which I put all the tools in and the movers packed my dolls. Everything arrived in perfect condition the guys were great, and the office was very helpful.I am very happy to recommend them.

After my previous movers confirmed my move date and decided to just not show up or answer any of my calls I was in a tough spot and needed movers ASAP. I called everywhere and everyone was super pricy or not available. I finally got ahold of these guys and not only did they have the best rate but they were able to be at my apartment only an hour after I called them. The whole move from my apartment to my new place took about 3hrs and 40 minutes from start to finish. We went from Pasadena over to Eagle rock. Very efficient and professional guys. Moving from California to Arkansas was a huge undertaking and I read so many horror stories. BUT, rainbow movers dud everything they said when they were supposed to do it. They treated my belongings well especially wrapping the corners of the furniture. Not one item was damaged. The men were very kind and worked quickly and efficiently. They took all of the stress out of this move. Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish, Rainbow Movers is professional and efficient. Prior to our move, its administrator helped prepare insurance certificate for our office building and reminded us of our appointment by text and phone. John and his team arrived on time, ready to move. They were very efficient and professional. They let us know if anything could be fixed and fixed them; they also bring to our attention any objects that are fragile or partially broken, which we did not know. They are kind people with great customer service, and very fair price too! I would highly recommend and would personally work with them again!

We used RAinbow Movers for our March move and were thrilled with the whole process. Their estimate was high due to the actual movers being so efficient and also very professional. Not a single item was broken during the move, and they were communicative any time any possible issue arose (like concern over box spring fitting, which they did manage to succeed at). They took care not to damage the Japanese maple right by our new driveway, and even pulled down a dead branch from where the previous owners movers did damage it. They found creative methods to safely stow some of the stuff we hadnt been sure how to pack. Just all in all they were great and Id highly recommend them to anyone else looking to move!

It was the worst experience we have ever had. The price of moving into my new home was outrageous. I was quoted one price and it was far more than that. The movers charged me 4 hours to pack up my things which was outrageous. Then when they got to my place to unpack they were taking their time. Carrying one little item at a time like a lampshade...really. I had my grandkids and friends and family help because they were taking their time. I will never use them again and will make sure no one else uses them. My review will go on yelp and anywhere else I can put it on..
