A very intelligent and competent specialist works there (man). Very conscientious and knows his job well. Real professional. never confused anything and never made a mistake in anything. The best person of any post office in LA. He will always give the right advice if the sender has any difficulties👍

John is great! For people who don’t have a printer — like so many of us don’t these days — he charges a fair price to print labels and then accept packages to be sent out. I’ve been using his store for my Poshmark business and it’s been great. The one time there was a tiny issue, he more than went out of his way to help fix it and even more so. I’d give him my business any time and will continue to do so as long as I live nearby.

The guy, most likely the owner, is very unfriendly. Never a smile, condescending and offputting tone. Tried to drop off a USPS package and was told they dont accept drop offs.

This place is awesome!!The owner is very personable and and more than fair. This is one of the first places I came to when I was looking for a mailbox because it was close to my home. I dont see myself discontinuing my business unless I move quite far away from the area. If youre looking for a place to receive your mail and take care of other postal and shipping needs, this is the place.

They are so helpful here! Today I had to ship an international package and John literally gave me all the cost options (weight/carrier) and he researched the destination to confirm the address was correct. He truly went above and beyond.

I love my local shop they treat me like family we laugh we do business and we check up with one another as we go through our business days building a great relationship not just as customers but as neighbors and contributing to the community businesses around us I love them they treat us well I cannot say anything more about them bring your stuff here if you want your items to arrive safe well packaged and on time

Ive been using these guys for about 3 years and recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Located on the corner of Sunset and La Brea, the location couldnt be more LA. however every time you walk in you feel like youre chatting with a neighborhood friend that youve known for years.Gerry will always give you the best prices on shipping and hes honest about you. He seems more concerned with saving you money than he does with making it! Although he clearly knows that by offering awesome customer service he will never have a shortage of business!

Since the management changed and I dont see jerry and Yessie anymore, customer service is down the drain. owners son is very rude and short with people. I have no info on a $1,200 watch that was returned by them. Ive been a customer for over 10 years, to be kicked out for asking for a letter confirming to PayPal that the item was returned.
