Theyre okay. Wound up getting a unit because I had too much to carry. Its kind of my own fault but when I was late coming up with the rent, their price to move out immediately was only $6 less than the whole month! So I wound up staying with them. I dont live close by but Ill put it to use this month. If I decide to stay on, though, Ill make sure to pay on time! Other than that, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are pretty competitive! Their units are safe and quite secure, despite being in a rough area. I feel my stuff is safe with them. Longer hours of access would be nice but it is what it is.

The lady here was so generous and helpful . She was really polite and very patient with me . If your looking for a storage I recommend you here you won’t regret it .

Karen the Manager that helped me on short notice was incredible! It was her birthday and she treated me like it was my birthday.

The manager is very nice and professional. The facility is immaculate and very well surveyed. Security cameras are a great deterrent for criminals. The facility is off of a main Street, but has a private feel. I’d recommend using Crenshaw Self Storage to my friends and family.
