I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Marine Sales & Service to purchase my first boat. I had the pleasure of working with William Glass who made the buying process easy and relaxed while inspiring confidence and making sure I had all my questions answered. He pulled a few of their very experienced technicians aside to talk with me about some issues with my future boat (all used boats have issues, no concerns there). The techs clearly had extensive knowledge, but explained things clearly and without any hint of condescension or impatience. The identified issues with the boat were fixed promptly, and they even showed me the previous parts to confirm the reasons for the repairs. The boat was solid overall, just some expected maintenance that needed to be done. Following the repairs my water test was flawless!Overall, I cant recommend Marine Sales & Service highly enough. They are a full service shop and will take great care of you and make your boat buying and ownership experience second to none.

I purchased a used Crownline from this dealer that I saw posted online. After a few calls and some details, we worked out an acceptable deal and I drove to Louisville from out of state to make the purchase. The purchase process, registration, closing and test drive of the boat was exactly as expected. When I got the boat to my home lake, on my first run I had an issue with an exhaust seal leak. The service department more than apologized, worked with my local marina to diagnose the leak and the subsequent issue caused by the flooding of the engine compartment. And THEN - they reimbursed me for the repair and profusely apologized for the issue! I would say, if you are purchasing a boat or a used boat and have a choice in dealers and marinas - then I would pick this one! They are honest, do what they say and actually follow up after the sale for any issues. Hats off to everyone at Marine Sales & Service!
